- JAjo agag2 days ago1.0My water heater failed and I paid $350 for service to stop the water leaking and for an estimate to replace. That was 10 a.m. It is now 11:52 p.m. and the water heater is still leaking all over my new flooring. It’s a 75 gallon tank! I called the 24-7 service number on their sticker and was told there’s no one to help and there is no protocol or management POC for these situations. I’ve been capturing the water in a bucket to get what I can. It’s been hours and I am unable to go to bed tonight. My floors are warping. The call support said I’ll leave a message for tomorrow morning. This is unacceptable!

- KMKeto MomaSep 14, 20265.0Your technician Sean Picucci was wonderful! He did an excellent job, and I was very pleased with the quality of his work. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain what he was doing throughout the process, which I really appreciate. Sean was thorough, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was completed properly. He also left the work area clean and dry when he finished. It's clear that he takes pride in his work and providing great service. Thank you, Bovio Plumbing, for sending Sean to us! I will definitely be using your service again in the future and would be happy to request Sean Picucci for my next service. Mrs. Corinne O
