Uche is extremely knowledgeable to the point where she knew what we were asking for when we couldn’t get the right words out. Not even 25 minutes in and we had already picked out the flooring part of our needs. She’s amazing! She has pride in what she does and it shows! The store itself is huge! The atmosphere is warm and inviting. And it smells great… not like carpet! Hahaha If that makes sense.

Rachel Harrop was extremely helpful in presenting the many options to choose from in tile, flooring and window treatments. Ms Harrop was always pleasant and patient with my indecision and assisted me towards ideal options. The backsplash installer Mr. Anderson, worked meticiulously to fit an intricate pattern of marble tile in perfectly. In addition, Jennifer Cruz who measured for window traments throughout our entire house, was extremely helpful and agreeable. I highly recommend them all!

A: Yes, there is an additional charge for installation of any of our products. One of our store associates can help you understand the fee involved for your specific installation.

Yes, we carry synthetic felt under-padding for your area rug. Visit one of our showrooms for our full selection of area rug under-padding.
Are rug remnants for sale? Do you have a good supply of remnants and bound area rugs?
We carry remnants in our Rio Grande, NJ and Toms River, NJ showrooms. We also offer a full selection of ready-made rugs as well as an opportunity for custom rugs from a wide variety of vendors and brands.
Do you carry Tec grout?
Yes we do! Please visit your local showroom to view our selection of Tec grout.
Do you carry grout and mortar?
Yes, we carry a wide range of installation materials, including grout and mortar. We are a full stocking dealer of your most common grout and mortar brands, including TEC, Schluter, Wedi and more.
Do I need an appointment to talk to a store associate about my flooring or window project?
Appointments are not required in our showrooms and we do accept walk-ins. However, we do recommend making an appointment to speak with one of our store associates if you plan to arrive during peak visiting hours. Call your local showroom for an appointment.
Do you sell vinyl plank flooring?

Do you sell stair treads and runners?
Yes, we sell custom runners for your staircases. We also carry a selection of wood-look stair treads that coordinate well with our flooring options. We do not carry carpet stair treads at this time.
Do you carry indoor and outdoor carpeting?

Do you take credit cards?

Do you do floor repairs?
In the case of any error made during installation of an Avalon Flooring project, we can follow up with necessary repairs. We do not offer general floor repair services.
Do you do floor refinishing?
We do not offer floor refinishing services.
Do you do carpet stretching?
We offer stretching for carpet that was originally installed by the Avalon Flooring team. Our carpet stretching services are available for a fee. Call your store associate or local showroom for details.
What is your return policy for excess products (i.e. tile, laminate planks, etc.)?

Do you provide samples to bring home for review?
Many of our products do have samples that can be brought home. Depending on the product, you may be able to take those samples home the same day, or we may have to ship them to your home. For example, for hardwood, laminate, and vinyl we offer $5 samples that can be shipped directly to your home, while carpet samples are often available in store for customers to take home.
