Technicians here wont spend time to visually inspect your AC coils but will tell you about your systems electrical components and refrigerant. Techs will see dirt, dust build up etc and will not clean it for you. You will receive an invoice at the end of the job with a high chance of an estimate to fix anything they can find. Proceed with caution when dealing with this company. UPDATE: Watched current HVAC manager Jordon complete numerous jobs without testing clients primary drain pan. He didn’t even care to check the condensation line with water. Didn’t even clean the electrical compartments. Instead of cleaning the interior during a maintenance he quoted a client over 1.7k for repairs..Outrageous.HIGHLY recommend finding a more trustworthy company.
