  If you’re a semi-truck driver, be prepared to wait a long time, even if your appointment is set for 7 AM. Just got finished unloading at 11:12AM. I got here at 6:30 AM today and have been waiting since then, even though my appointment is at 7 AM. I don’t have a full trailer—there’s barely anything in the back—and they still haven’t unloaded it. I don’t understand why it’s taking so long. So, the reviews are right: you’ll likely wait a long time to get unloaded. Also all of the company box trucks will be in all doors and you will have to wait until they finish loading those first.

  One of the worst Fergusons in the country. Plan on being there for at least an hour. Two people work the counter. One was very incompetent.

  I genuinely regret spending my money at this excuse of a store. The staff at the storefront seem to have no sense of urgency whatsoever. I wasted 25 minutes standing in line while employees were busy chatting, joking around, and doing everything except serving customers efficiently. It comes across as incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful of people’s time. This was my second visit, and unfortunately the experience was exactly the same. Never again.
