- MMMarkMay 11, 20261.0One of the worst Fergusons in the country. Plan on being there for at least an hour. Two people work the counter. One was very incompetent.

I wasted 25 minutes standing in line while employees were busy chatting, joking around, and doing everything except serving customers efficiently. It comes across as incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful of people’s time. This was my second visit, and unfortunately the experience was exactly the same. Never again.

The entire process felt painfully slow from start to finish, like no one was in any rush to actually help customers. Every time I needed assistance, I was left waiting around far longer than necessary. What made it worse was the staff attitude. There seemed to be a lack of urgency across the board, and one employee in particular barely seemed to do anything besides disappear for breaks. It was honestly confusing how little got done while he was around. Overall, the service was disorganized, inefficient, and disappointing. Definitely not what you’d expect from a company in this industry.
