  The team at Northeast Generators were excellent to work with and very did a wonderful job throughout the process to get a generator installed. They were very professional in all interactions from the initial meeting through the entire installation and startup process. Also, their communication along the way really helped keep everything on track and they did an excellent job answering any questions we had.

  Northeast Generators did a great job from start to finish. From when Anthony first came for a consult to the workers putting the generator in, then again Anthony doing the start up .. all went perfect! All workers were very professional. The office personnel were extremely helpful & answered any of our questions. The scheduling worked out perfect even with them sending texts & emails when workers would be arriving. We would highly recommend this company.. NORTHEAST GENERATORS .

  The reviews are all true. As a new customer, I called this morning to request assistance with my generator and they came the same day. Everything is running correctly, and I will be signing up for their annual maintenance program as I have full confidence that they will do everything they say they will.

  Decent until you actually need them. Been part of the service/maintenance plan for 5+ years paying $75/month. Bi annual services and checks are good. Paid for new parts when needed. Then we have a big storm last week when it was 95+ degrees out and my generator doesn't switch on. I call Northeast Generator, goes to their emergency line only to get a ‘mailbox full’ message and drops my calls, which I have receipts of. This happens for hours on end. I call several more times and finally someone picks up at 11:30pm. Only to tell me it would be $1000 just to come out. I’m more than happy to pay a little extra emergency fee but to hit me with $1000+ just to show. So i decide to wait it out. I contact northeast during normal business hours to schedule a service call and they quote $860 just to come here. $436.50 just in driving mileage and hours driving!! See the photo Ask more questions before you sign a service agreement. They will not be there for you when you need them most.

  In the midst of this past rain storm we had, with winds and lots of damage, our electricity went out and my generator failed . We were under contract with a different service provider and they did not respond to our calls /messages. In a panic, I called northeast Generators and they immediately picked up their phone and even tried to help me trouble shoot over the phone - which I thought was the nicest thing. The owner Anthony was on the phone with me for 20 min walking me through trying to crank the motor . After we realized it was not the battery, Anthony said it was probably a fuel or mechanical issue. He immediately sent me the estimate and documents for DocuSign and I had a tech over that day! The Tech - Michael - also went above and beyond. Of course, my generator needed a part that rarely fails, so my Michael, after realizing he didn’t have the part in his truck, drove back to the shop to see if the part was available. Unfortunately, it was not, but I will tell you this, the effort, efficiency and diligence this company/employees did immediately made me want to switch contracts - which I will be doing this week. Truly top-notch service and extremely helpful and knowledgeable people !!
