  Aiden installed a chandelier light in my home and provided excellent service. He was prompt, professional, responsive and went above and beyond in ensuring their installation services met my needs. Will definitely use Aiden and Harris Services for future needs and would highly recommend to others.

  Our AC went and needed to be replaced. Harris was great, the whole experience was quick and painless. I wish I could remember the man’s name that came out initially to diagnose because he was wonderful, very honest and thorough. Next day Corey came out and gave us our quotes for the unit to be replaced. He was very upfront and not pushy at all. The following day Andre was so out to do the job. He was thorough and kept us posted throughout the job. He took his time to make sure his work was flawless. It may have taken a little longer than we expected, but it was worth it. Our air is on and pumping great! 100% recommend Harris, I’d request Andre for your next job!

  First of all, Harris is not a generic dealer. They are not trained to install them. They installed the Generac at my house and it never worked from day one. It was a manufacturer's problem. When I called to find out if they ordered the part or not. I could not get an answer. They would not return my calls. I would not use them anytime at all for anything. When I did call them, they would tell me they were sending my call to the manager, which went right to his voicemail, never answered my call.

  DO NOT USE THEM!!! They replaced my garbage disposal and six weeks later it just fell out. I’ve never seen anything like it. It is a rental property so I had to get it fixed ASAP. I called them but couldn’t get through so I called somebody else to fix it . I can’t allow families Coming in for vacation and not being able to use the kitchen sink or the dishwasher. I took pictures of everything & Saved the part with all the pieces for them Which they could have fixed and refused. I gave them the receipt for the person that replaced it, sent all the info in Along with the pictures & they refused to Reimburse me at all. Not 1 red cent. They say they’re a reputable company, but I don’t call that reputable! I call that VERY BAD business. I will NEVER use such a greedy company that does not stand behind its work & obviously does NOT appreciate or care about their customers. I paid $965.20 which got me six weeks of use, 4 hours of driving & a huge headache along with a total disservice to my rental family. Good people put their customers first as I’ve done multiple times.

  Beware! From reading other peoples comments, I can see that we all have had extremely different experiences with Harris. I chose Harris because of their 4.7+ star reputation and positive online reviews. Altogether, I paid about $13,000 for a tankless water heater install and electrical panel swap. I believed I was buying quality work in a seemingly solid company. I didn't simply expect professionalism, I expected excellence, but, thats not what I got. What I got was so dissappointing that it can only be described as disorganized chaos. Gas leaks, mislabeled electrical work, water leaks, multiple open HOLES(going from my basement through my siding), hot water issues, a failed inspection, and almost two months of nonstop back-and-forth. Communication was awful. Callbacks were missed, explanations constantly changed, and every fix seemed to create a new problem. My experience has truly been disappointing. The issues didn't stop there. After the job was finally competed, the township inspector failed the installation for issues that should never happen on a $7k job. He was the 2nd person that pointed out the inepitude of the first Harris Plumber. The person to point it out was Harris's own plumber- he not only said it multiple times while he was here, but also wrote it on our report. We had a total of 4 DIFFERENT plumbers attempt to come out and fix what the first one messed up( please see that attached pictures of 1st plumbers handiwork). We also needed the electrical crew to come back a 2nd time to fix their mistakes. (I found out my electrical panel was mislabeled because when the waterheater began to leak water over my electrical outlet, I attempted to shut off power to my basement and could not do so. I cant forget that this is all happening while we were also having a gas leak.) Everything was eventually fixed and did eventually pass inspection, but the amount of rework, confusion, and stress it took to get there was unbelievable. Don't even let me get into my experience with the office. All communication was documented with times and dates. For a company with such high ratings, this experience wasn't just below expectations- it was a complete failure of quality and competence. This company's continual desrespect to my time, my money, and my peace of mind has me beyond upset. Its encouraged me to warn others what they may be in for when they choose Harris to complete a job for them.
