- RNRahul NagpurkarJun 19, 20265.0Ardi Zuberi explained me everything clearly and worked with me to replace the Culligan RO filter system that I had for 10 years and was getting too expensive to maintain due to its proprietary parts and extravagant service fees. He worked with me to save as much as possible. Kevin who came that week to actually replace the system was extremely professional and friendly and also explained the entire system including how to replace the filters. Very pleased with the NMP folks and would recommend then in a heartbeat. Ardi came the next day to make sure everything was properly set up and again explained everything. Very happy with the product, the service, the people. Thank you Ardi and Kevin. July 1st Just discovered a small leak in the filter. Called Ardi who called NMP They scheduled for Kevin to come today afternoon. He fixed the leak in literally 5 minutes explained how this can sometimes happen and took care of it professionally and accurately. Again very impressive people and very considerate. Lisa scheduled the service very quickly, and kept me posted when Kevin was running a bit late . Really very professional and kind folks . Thanks Ardi, Kevin and Lisa ..
