  Paul absolutely crushed it! Several other plumbers made the project seem much more complicated than it needed to be, but Paul came in, quickly assessed the situation, and made it look easy. Mike was right there alongside him. Their workmanship was excellent, their communication was clear and professional, and they were reliable from start to finish. It's obvious they take pride in their work and genuinely care about doing the job right. I highly recommend Paul to anyone looking for honest, skilled plumbers. Outstanding experience!

  Mazzer employees were prompt and polite. Everything was fixed on the first try. The company’s well organized from appt reminder to communication of arrival to receipt/portal. Will hire them again

  We had a great experience with this company. They came out quickly, which was a huge relief in this heat. The technician - Todd - was professional, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure I understood what was going on. Before leaving, Todd double-checked that everything was working properly and went over the next steps so I knew what to expect. Excellent service from start to finish—they really saved us during this heat wave. Highly recommend!

The office staff was incredibly friendly, responsive, and organized. They answered all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and made everything so easy from start to finish. The technicians were absolutely phenomenal. They were professional, knowledgeable, respectful of my home, and took the time to explain everything about my new air conditioning unit. What impressed me most was how they genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed perfectly and that I was completely comfortable before they left. It’s hard to find a company that is not only skilled but also honest and trustworthy. Mazzer Plumbing & HVAC LLC truly cares about their customers, and it shows in every interaction.   When your Air Conditioner dies in the hottest heat wave we’ve had in years they really came through for me. Pawel in particular Went above and beyond to help me. He took the time to explain everything to me and worked on my unit in the pouring rain for hours until everything wasn’t working order. Thank you!!
