Kyle from Jason Mazzer Plumbing was fantastic. He provided excellent service on a day’s notice. He showed up in a timely manner and communicated when he was in his way over. We had a boiler that wasn’t firing up and he quickly diagnosed the issue, had the part that needed replacing (a pump) right on his truck and fixed it right away. He then went a step further and helped us get our new Nest thermostats set up and connected to the already-present (but not connected) common wires to the boiler so that we would have the necessary wiring. He patiently waited and assisted me as I completed the setup in the Google Home app. He was very knowledgeable, communicative, patient, and efficient. Highly recommend.

Ben and helper were Soo nice and personable. Very professional. They were very patient with my nut dog that barked the entire time, it really appreciated their kindness and helpfulness. I had injured my shoulder and couldnt get the baskets out from under the sinks for them. They were Soo kind and didnt mind helping.

We experienced a number of plumbing issues. The second floor apartment, clogged tub drain and clogged sink drain. Mazzer Plumbing & HVAC arrived as scheduled and cleared both drains in a timely manner. The second floor apartments furnace was making noise. It turned out to be a failed blower motor. Mazzers HVAC technician replaced the failed motor, this system was back on line running like new. We were satisfied with all repairs. We highly recommend Mazzer Plumbing & HVAC.

First time using Mazzer, as the company took over the book of business for the plumber we have been using for several years. I want to say the everything was top notch from learning more about the company and setting up the appointment, to the service by Enzo and Leo. These gentlemen were polite, knowledgeable, on-time, and completed the repair to my boiler. They were helpful in answering questions and providing information about our system and ways to help prolong the life of the equipment. The pricing felt fair and reasonable for the labor and parts. I would definitely use them again.

We’ve used Jason Mazzer Plumbing for several projects in our home. They started with plumbing issues in our bathroom and kitchen, and both came out excellent. The work was thorough and well done, and everything has worked properly since. You can tell they take pride in doing things right the first time instead of applying a quick fix. They have always been on time, and do everything to the best of their ability. In the event that the fix was not successful they came out several more times to resolve the problem. What really sets this company apart is the owner. Jason was easy to work. He was kind, patient, and responsive to every concern we raised. He took the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be done, which we appreciated. Good communication is hard to find with contractors, and he consistently delivered it. If you’re looking for a plumber who is honest, and cares about his customers, we highly recommend Jason Mazzer Plumbing. They have always been available 24/7 and can usually get to our home within 24 hours.
