- AMAndrew MattessichOct 16, 20255.0Jim and his son do great work and offer fair and transparent pricing. They stuck to the schedule and the finish product turned out great. I would definitely work with them again.
- JMJen MatosJul 1, 20255.0We just finished a deck renovation with J.Severino Construction and couldn’t be happier with the process or the outcome. The quality of work, thorough communication, and general timeliness far exceeded any expectation we had. But most importantly, everyone on the crew was just lovely and kind (especially Jim and Eric). We definitely plan to work with them for future projects and would highly recommend them for yours as well.
- KSKate ScherlerApr 10, 20255.0We worked with the Severino's to finish our attic, add a half bath, and add a full primary bath on our second floor. It was our first major renovation project and Jim and Eric were great at walking us through all the steps in the process and offering useful advice. Their communication was excellent - checking in regularly, updating us on progress, always receptive to our questions. I found their team to be hard working, reliable, and respectful of our home. I also liked their subcontractors, they were generally friendly and approachable, happy to talk things through directly. In my opinion, it's attention to small details that takes reno work from good to great and they were so thoughtful about details and checked in with me if they thought I would want to weigh in. They also fixed a couple small things in our house that I never asked about, they just noticed and took care of it. We love how everything turned out, it's so beautiful and the whole process went really smoothly. So glad we found them!
