  I want to begin by telling you, IGNORE THE FEW NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I also read them prior to having them come do any work with uncertainty, and they were quickly proven wrong. In my situation, I was 1 week away from having a baby, pretty much pressured into waterproofing by a company from South Jersey to do a basement drain ASAP, that did such a bad job, I had to ask them to stop working. Everything that could have possibly gone wrong had gone wrong, from ABS piping that they stepped on to fit under the stone, blown out walls, everything from top to bottom. They also had such a small team that it was taking days to complete, and they obviously declined any deposit so I lost that money. I had an open trench, a very high level of radon, and somehow came across Pro Dry when trying to see who could pick up where they left off. Honestly, everyone else had no availability, but Joe stepped in after hearing seeing the whole picture. Not only that, he heard my concerns. Pro Dry is great compared to other companies for a few reasons, they have a pretty sizable team that was basically able to do everything from scratch in a full day. I made sure to double check they were using the correct materials and processes (had already spoken to a few masons about it). The pricing is also fair and in line with everyone else, but I'd actually say it was even competitive compared to the rest. Joe is supremely honest, and he genuinely did stand by his word. A lot of people can say they care, and it's the people that are important, but Joe was 100% genuine when he said that. I ended up crying from how stressed I was and seeing how much Joe was actually helping me in my situation. I can't thank him enough. I would use Pro Dry for ANY work needed. Their workmanship is top notch.

  Pro Dry was a great company to use for our basement. Bruce came out here and thoroughly went through everything with me. A few days later one of the crews came out and swiftly and efficiently put in our new sump pump and waterproofed our one wall. It’s definitely peace of mind to know that this will handle, if any water comes into our basement.

  After dealing with repeated basement flooding from snowmelt, heavy rain, and even during times when there didn't seem to be any reason for water to be coming in, we finally learned that there was a high water table in our new home and this contributed to the situation. We hired Pro Dry to install French drains, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, the crew was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. Before starting any work, they carefully covered everything in the basement and took extensive measures to keep dust from spreading into the rest of the house. Their attention to detail was impressive. The project was completed exactly within the timeframe they promised, and when they finished, the cleanup was outstanding. The basement was left remarkably clean, and you would hardly know such a major project had taken place. Most importantly, the results have been fantastic. Our basement is now dry, and we finally have peace of mind. If you're dealing with water issues, I highly recommend Pro Dry. Their workmanship, professionalism, cleanliness, and commitment to doing the job right are second to none.
