  Ryan is knowledgeable and provided a workaround until we decide what to do next. In addition PHD were here in the past and did an amazing job on replacing water heater. 100% recommended.

  Jake was very professional and patient, his trouble shouldn’t skills is something to be thankful for, and I appreciate his effort in solving my problem, which was very difficult, between the blockage as well as replacing the pipes to ensure drainage to my kitchen sink. I find him to be very compassionate with my problem, and very caring knowing the fact that he could not have solved it on the very first visit due to the fact of structural problems, i.e. walls had to be broken to get to the issue. I want to thank the company of hiring great workers like him and his partner again thank you for everything. I truly truly appreciate the great job you did in solving my problem. I wish your company/business great success.

  Had a leak in my kitchen and Ryan Matthews came from PhD Mechanical. He was thorough, explained everything that was going on and did a great job. The company had fixed a leak last year and I was really happy with their work then also.
