- MLMatt LotitoMay 17, 20194.0Edited: The store allowed me to come back and return the defective item. I hired a plumber that shopped here for a new hot water heater and aquastat for me. Everything got installed fine but a week later the aquastat broke. I called the company (Carlin) and they stated to bring it back to distributor (Ferguson) where it was purchased because it has a 5 year warranty and it can be replaced. I brought this back to Ferguson and they refused to honor the warranty because I was not the direct purchaser. It's quite ridiculous. 0 Stars if I could for customer service.
