  The team led by Ed was great. He arrived first and checked out the old system, then the rest of his team arrived. By the end of work day the job was complete. They were very clean and put the crawl space cover back on after the work was completed. These little things make a big difference as the crew was very conscientious of leaving thr condition of the work area the same or even better then when they arrived.

  I can't thank Indoor air technologies enough. Let me give you a real world experience. Came home from work, hopped in shower. Water was cold. No big deal, I just figured my wife gave my son a bath and she used up all the hot water. She takes a shower next, same thing no hot water? That's funny let me check the pilot light on hot water heater. No fire. Why because it's submerged in 2 inches of water. Great. Called indoor air and they sent a crew out first thing next morning! Unheard of in the industry. They removed and installed a brand new hot water heater all before noon the next day! Oh btw this hot water is on the third floor pent house of a HOA enforced condominium that we own. HOA compliance check, permit check, new tank installed before I come home to take my next shower check!. Unbelievable!!! Professional, quick and cleaned up their mess. Is it really 2026? and this just happened. I can't even get my cleaning lady to show up this fast. 5 stars is not enough. Awesome work! I will be referring this company daily. Cheers!

  We are so happy that we switched to indoor technologies! Our technician, Dave, was extremely knowledgeable and professional and explained all of our questions and had solutions to everything. We are very happy that we made the switch from another company!

  Indoor Air efficiently and quickly made the switch from a gas-fired water heater to an electric water heater. They repaired and upgraded our heater distribution system. The workers were polite and pleasant.

  BOUGHT BY PRIVATE EQUITY; DO NOT PATRONIZE. Bought by Private Equity in 2026 and is now a scam that exists to suck all the value out of our communities. I was visiting my mother in Princeton and the technician came for service. I’ve attached the quotes and photos. I fixed everything they quoted with no additional parts besides a vacuum, scissors, and a screwdriver. It took 10 minutes. They tried to scam my elderly mother out of $2000. If you believe in our communities, avoid this place. Lying about being a local business should be illegal. A business bought out by private equity is not a local business. EDIT: owner has accused me of slander. Firstly: slander is spoken, it’s libel if it’s written. Secondly: you know business records are public, right? The executive chairman of your company is a co founder and managing partner at Aeonic, an nyc private equity firm. Sounds like a local business to me.
