  We called Indoor Air for a second opinion as another provider said our HVAC system was not working properly and had to be replaced. Technician Jeremiah was very friendly and very thorough in his inspection. He explained everything he was doing and showed that our system was working properly. He found a minor leak which he was able to repair.

  Indoor Air Technology did a wonderful job. They provided the most competitive pricing on the best HVAC equipment and provided purchase options including the PS&G purchase program. They scheduled quickly, arrived when scheduled and did the install within the scheduled time. They were neat, laying tarps to protect our floors and answered every question delivered. They are professionals and we are happy to be associated with them through their service agreements. We are happy to recommend IAT for any HVAC work!

  Highly recommended! I chose Indoor Air Technologies to install a new Trane Heat Pump/AC Handler over several other companies, and I am very glad I did. From the start, Jesse was incredibly thorough. My attic space is very tight, but he took precise measurements of our attic's drop-down stairs opening and all around to ensure the Trane units would fit perfectly. Jesse also walked me through the (3rd-party) JCP&L financing application (0%, yes zero%, for 84 months) and was very helpful in answering all my questions about the systems, options, and installation. Communication was great too. The company sent email and text confirmations for the appointment, a reminder the day before, and an alert when they were on their way. The installation crew (Ryan, Jacob, and Andrew) arrived right on time and worked non-stop until the evening. They were so dedicated that when I bought them pizza and snacks, I had practically forced them to pause at least for a quick lunch! They laid down floor runners and wore shoe covers everywhere else. When they finished, they left the inside and outside nice and clean and hauled away all old equipment and debris. They worked all day yesterday and came back this morning to replace a functional but cracked AC handler’s breaker, which was damaged during the delivery. Although there were minor hiccups during the installation, they took care of everything. I mean, their proposal is for a complete job which was great. Thank you, Ryan, Jacob, and Andrew, for your hard work, and thank you for recommending the new Honeywell Smart thermostat as well—I’m liking it more and more! Thank you to the whole team for the dedicated, professional work at Indoor Air Technologies. Highly recommended and will use them again!
