  Indoor Air saved us in a heatwave! Travis responded quickly, on a holiday! He knew exactly what was wrong, ordered the part & was back out to our house quickly! Travis explained everything & made sure we understood. He was efficient & kind. Travis was truly awesome! We’re happy Indoor Air customers!

  Nick came out on a holiday weekend to diagnose my parents hvac which had stopped working in the 110 degree heat. He quickly identified the issue, fixed it, and provided a future proofing plan to help ensure we didn’t run into the same issues going forward. Highly recommend!

  Today was as high as 105 degrees but the three installers of my HVAC replacement went very smoothly, clean and cheerful despite the heat. Great team led by David! Also a shout out to our serviceman Joe who helped us decide the tradeoffs between fix and replace. And shout out to Tom, from sales, who spent many many hours explaining every concern and question - did not try to upsell but laid out the options, one of which is 0 percent financing for 7-8 years through PSE&G and price included township permit and inspection so that the process was not a hassle. Years ago Dennis solved a huge problem with airflow when he saw that there wasn't a return which kept our underpowered a/c alive several years and made all the difference.

  Thanks to Indoor Air Technologies, I am comfortable in my home again. Josef Pandek was very helpful during the estimate process as he made me aware of a PSE&G program I did not even know existed. On installation day, the 3 gentlemen arrived exactly on-time. They worked well together keeping the noise to a minimum. They were friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable, answering all of my questions. I was assisted with the set-up of my new thermostat and they cleaned up the area well. Super responsive the following day regarding a little glitch with my circuit breaker. I highly recommend Indoor Air Technologies for your HVAC needs.

  Exceptional service! I had reached out to Indoor Air technologies, Princeton Air and Conway Heating & Cooling for estimates. The best estimate was from Indoor Air. Specially, with the PSE&G interest free financing. I could put the cash in the a CD and conservative make 4% that would give me about $4000 over seven year. Effective reducing the cost of system by about 30%. Great people make great company. All my interaction with Indoor Air were exceptional, my compliment to Jesse and Steven. As I was chitchatting with Stephen as he was fixing the system, he told me how great the culture of company was, management cared about it people And treated them well. My compliments to Dennis as well, because he as the leader established such a culture I’m not only a very satisfied customer, but customer for life!
