  So grateful for the quick and excellent service provided by Axel and Charlie from Efficient Air. I was originally in a panic when the AC unit shut down in the height of a heatwave, but Axel and Charlie promptly found the issue and resolved it. They will follow up in 2 weeks to ensure that all remains in good working order. They were thorough, friendly, professional and took the time to explain the issue. Thank you again!

  I have been a loyal customer of Efficient Air Service for the past 4–5 years, and they have consistently exceeded my expectations. A very special thank you to Richard Accordino and Peter Gonzalez. Both technicians were exceptional. They were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and genuinely cared about providing the best service possible. They took the time to thoroughly inspect my system, explain everything in detail, answer every question with patience, and make sure I understood all of my options. What impressed me most was their honesty and integrity. I never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs or replacements. Instead, they focused on what was truly best for my home and gave me confidence that I was making the right decisions. Their attention to detail, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly outstanding. It’s rare to find technicians who combine technical skill with kindness, respect, and excellent communication. Richard and Peter represent Efficient Air Service with the highest level of professionalism, and the company is fortunate to have them on their team. After 4–5 years as a customer, I can confidently say that Efficient Air Service has earned my trust and loyalty.   This company is by far the worst company ive ever dealt with. They came gave us a quote to put in new ac heat pump. As we had an oil burner. We were told , they would remove the oil tank and burner. Thiscwas at a cost of 30,000 dollars. We were told it would be a one day install. They replaced our air handler only to be told on day of install there was a 1200 dollar upgrade for a uv light. Then they told us they dont remove the oil tank. I had to fight with them to remove the oil burner as well all of this has taken over two months for them to finish. They also installed the new water heater, burned the front of the water heater and installed it 6 inches away from my fire place flu clean out. Had they taken the burner the first day, like they said they would they would have had plenty of room to install it away from there. Now they are waiting on a part , that they burned to move my eater heater. I just took the day off because they were supposed to be here today. They never called ( for like the tenth time ). This company sucks! Im going to be calling carrier the ac unit company and letting them know about the horrible service we have had. The owner of the company doesn't even have the balls to call m e back. Do yourselves a favor dont use this company!

  This company is horrible the owner is extremely greedy and doesn’t care one bit about the customer or his people He doesn’t care how people struggle financial and uses methods to charge more money for anything and everything Buyer be ware this owner of the company trains his people to take full advantage and will always find some reason to replace when it could be a simple repair His margins are absurd and he does not care how he does it He will train all his people to charge double what anyone else would charge I know they are replacing systems that could very well be repaired Note that the people who work their are great but must follow the owners sales process or will be terminated Please do yourself a favor and use another company This owner does not deserve your business Extremely greedy

  We could not be happier with our experience with Efficent Air. From the very beginning, Eric set this company apart from the competition. During the initial evaluation, he spent significant time in our attic, carefully inspecting our existing system and performing multiple detailed calculations to determine the proper ductwork, return air requirements, and ideal equipment for our home. It was clear he wasn’t interested in simply selling us a unit—he wanted to design the right system. Eric recommended a variable-speed communicating system, and the results have been incredible. Our home is now cooler and more comfortable than it has ever been. The technology allows the system to run whisper quiet while continuously circulating air throughout the house, eliminating hot and cold spots and doing an outstanding job controlling humidity as well. We received several quotes, but we ultimately chose Efficent Air Conditioning because we wanted a reputable company with a long-standing track record, excellent customer service, and the ability to stand behind their work for years to come. The warranty they offer gave us even more confidence in our decision. When installation day arrived, we knew we had made the right choice. Six highly skilled technicians showed up and performed a flawless installation. Their workmanship was exceptional. They took the time to create the cleanest, most organized installation imaginable, with attention to detail that even an OCD person like myself could appreciate. Everything was neat, professional, and beautifully laid out. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the entire process exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a company that values quality, expertise, professionalism, and customer satisfaction, I highly recommend Ent Air Conditioning.
