  Unfortunately this was the third time this summer that my central air system has needed service. But each time, Shore Guys have provided excellent service. The first service was provided by Jose and the other 2 services were provided by Alex. Both technicians were extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. And each service was scheduled in a very timely manner. Both technicians are very punctual. They adhere to the window of time provided. I highly recommend Shore Guys for heating and AC service. Hopefully I won't need any more repairs this year 🤞

  Joe is the kind of salesman every company wants representing their business. From the first conversation he was knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely focused on finding the right solution for me and not just making a sale. What really stood out was how much he followed through. He was professional without being pushy, answered every question I had, and made me feel like I was dealing with someone I could actually trust. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and cares about the reputation of the company he represents. The installation process was painless Bobby and the 2 other gentleman were here in the morning and finished by 4:00 like nothing happened. If management is reading this, hold on to these guys. Employees who build trust with customers, solve problems, and follow through like they do are hard to find. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for HVAC work without hesitation. 10/10 service!

  TEN STARS! Shoe Guys bailed me out of a crisis today. I own a rental property and the next renters were scheduled to check in at 4:00 PM on a Saturday. At 2:30, my cleaning crew called me to tell me that the central a/c was not working. I immediately called Shore Guys, the owner happened to be handling other jobs today in the same area, so he promised to fit me in. Long story short, by 4:15 PM he had repaired the a/c unit (had the parts on his truck -- amazing!) and the renters could check in. I have now signed up for an annual service contract with Shore Guys on two units, heating & a/c. I'm absolutely amazed at his fast response today -- virtually immediate response -- to solve a big, big problem for me. My a/c units are getting a bit old and I've already decided to use Shore Guys to replace these units soon -- they have certainly earned my business!

  What an uplifting experience I’ve had today using Shore Guys as the company to repair my AC. Since I’ve had little experience with AC repair companies, I chose Shore Guys because they have supported FAMILY PROMISE in the past and that speaks volumes to me. But I digress. Two young women wearing shore guys T-shirts showed up at my front door And I must admit, I was quite surprised. Surprised not only because were they were young women, but they were identical twins.! And let me say that they were phenomenal. They figured out exactly what the problem was and spent time successfully repairing it. I was so impressed with their knowledge and how they communicated what was going on with my AC and what I needed to do in future to maintain optimal running. I’m hoping that young women (and men) will consider the trades as their career move. These two figured it out and now have recession- proof careers. Not just a job—a career! You go, girls—you have a customer for life!

  My experience with Shore Guys Heating & Air was exceptional from the very beginning. It all started with Joe, the sales representative, who came across as honest, knowledgeable, and reputable. He made me feel confident that I was making the right choice by choosing Shore Guys. When my original A/C unit wasn't going to be available as quickly as expected, Joe went above and beyond by upgrading me to a better unit at a discounted cost, so the installation wouldn't be delayed. That level of customer service immediately set Shore Guys apart. The installation team, Brett, Pat, and Alex, continued that outstanding experience. They were reliable, knowledgeable, professional, and respectful from start to finish. From the moment they arrived, they introduced themselves and made me feel completely at ease, assuring me that I could go about my day as usual while they handled the installation. They worked efficiently, kept everything organized, and treated my home with care. After installing the smart thermostat, Brett took the time to explain exactly what to expect. He let me know that I would first notice the humidity dropping before the temperature began to decrease, which helped set the right expectations. He made sure I understood how everything worked and reassured me that the system was operating exactly as it should. It's refreshing to work with a company where everyone, from the sales representative to the installation team, takes pride in providing exceptional customer service. Joe, Brett, Pat, and Alex all exceeded my expectations and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Shore Guys Heating & Air to anyone looking for an honest, professional company that truly stands behind its customers.
