  This is first home with central air and heating. The air conditioning stopped working. Long story short, it was Billy from Shore Guys to the rescue. Billy knew exactly what was needed and what he was doing. Billy was polite and respectful. He answered all of my questions. I will request Billy to return. He sold me on the shore guys membership for seasonal service package. Now I’m sitting cool and certain to sleep well tonight. Thank you.

  I’m the Property Manager for The Mali Kai Condominiums, 417 E. 19th Avenue , N.Wildwood, NJ. And will highly recommend Shore Guys Heating & Air Conditioning for all your Air & Heating needs. Very knowledgeable & took time to explain the ABC of central air etc.. Office staff were even easy to communicate/ work with scheduling appointments & installation dates & time. They constantly kept us posted and we were well informed 👍🏻👍🏻 Installation was smooth Mahalo to our Shore Guys Techs Alex & Kadi. We told them not to worry about the clean up but they both said it was their mess therefore it’s their responsibility to. 5 STAR ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Excellent service for a Sunday evening during 4th of July Holiday weekend. There automated phone service took my request promptly with no issues, the tech Matt was here less then 2 hours and was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable and got my system working with in 20 minutes of diagnostics. Very pleased with my overall experience and felt like I was in great hands with Matt!

  Quinten came out today for our HVAC & AC system maintenance. He clearly explained everything he was doing today. He gave us recommendations to keep things running smoothly and what might need to be replaced in the future since our units are reaching their anticipated life expectancy. He was very neat and cleaned up in all the areas he was working. He wore shoe covers when he entered the house and removed them each time he went outside. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable & professional and we highly recommend him.

  The Shore Guys did a fantastic job from start to finish. The communications from the company was top notch. Joe Rodger’s our sales person was friendly and professional. He provided pricing in a in a timely manner and guided me through the process the entire way. He also educated me on a program SJG has for financing new installs. Joe Creamer the lead installer was a pleasure to work with. He was professional and very knowledgable in all aspects of his work. He and Walt did a fantastic job of installing our new complete HVAC system in our home. They worked with me on the install as a I had a few requests that may have been out of the norm. They arrived promptly and completed the install a day ahead of schedule. The new system is working perfectly and we could not be happier. I would highly recommend Shore Guys for HVAC work.
