- VJViral Jani4 days ago1.0Called them for a smell in the bathroom. When I booked I asked if there's a charge for just coming out. Was told no unless they actually do any work. They came and inspected and I was told they couldn't find anything. I was hit with an invoice over $200. When I questioned it I was told they inspected the pipes which is work. Even though the guys that came said we can't do anything. Last time I checked that's contradictory. I operate a business in the area that uses them often which I will not be continuing with as well.
