I hired Dynamic Inspections LLC for a lead-safe inspection of my rental property in Philadelphia. Rob was professional, explained the testing process clearly, and answered my questions. I appreciated his communication and help understanding the results. I would recommend Rob to other Philly property owners needing lead-safe inspection services.

We hired Rob Reinhardt for a home inspection on a 3,300 sq. ft. property plus a large basement, and we could not be more impressed. Given the size of the house, didn't rush through a single room. paid extra attention to the basement, meticulously checking for any signs of moisture, foundation issues. The final report was highly detailed. If you need a reliable inspector for a large home, look no further!
