GREAT, HONEST company! I called them about a water pressure issue, and they provided helpful instructions over the phone before arriving to make repairs within 12 hours. They were reasonably priced, and the technician was a genuinely nice person. I highly recommend them—GREAT companies with service like this are hard to come by these days!

I highly recommend North Jersey Pump Co. Honest and knowledgeable. They came out on a holiday weekend (late afternoon) and trouble shot the problem and needed to come back early next day to put in a new pump and had water running by 10 am.Their price was very fair.

My well water pump stopped working and I called this company to ask if they are able to installed my new water pump and the lady that answered the phone was very rude and started asking how do i know i got the exact same one and she kept asking me things repeatedly in a very disrespectful way! She was mad that i said that i said that i just need the installation to be done because I already got a new pump. Very bad experience and feeling talking to this lady! Worse costumer service.
