  Tasha was awesome and she really explained everything completed at my home and took the time to answer any questions I had. I was on the brinks of canceling my monthly package, but she helped feel a little more inclined to stay with the plan. Thanks Tasha !!

  Yuan was personable and great in his professionalism. Problem was the 30 amp breaker was left off. Air was coming through vents so we thought everything was fine. House got to 90* in the living area. Only when we had another problem I went to panel and found the breaker off. The system is not producing cold air but not near enough to maintain cool in the house. So I’m sure refrigerant level was not checked. Only the electrical issue. I am now waiting for my regular man and another visit charge plus material charge. I hate wasting money on things that shoukd have been already taken care of. Mistakes can happen but wanting to charge me for another surcharge + materials + labor is unacceptable. Nice try folks but not good enough. Your AI Owen also drove me nuts.

  I can’t say enough about my experience with John. Not only did he diagnose and then complete the work needed in two days time, he did a fantastic job cleaning my Fujitsu Mimi split system. I could not be there so he sent a lot of pictures and video and responded promptly to my texts and phone calls. Highly, highly recommend!!

  One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning was my 3rd opinion on why my air conditioning wasn’t working. The 1st HVAC company arrived outside the 4 hour window but at least they called to say the tech was on his way. He tested and went into the crawl space etc. He said I needed to call an electrician to install a new 24 volt line from the thermostat to the furnace with enough slack on both ends. I called an electric company and the person said the HVAC should be handling that. Hmmm. 🤔 Received 2 quotes for repair by the 1st company $1700 & $1900. Sigh. Called another HVAC for a 2nd opinion. Diagnostic the same. Call us back once the electrician can install a new 24volt line. Sigh. 😔 Called Mr. Sparky Electric and spoke with Todd and told him the problem. He said let me send out our HVAC guy and he will be able to fix the air conditioning. But I said I need an electrician. Make a long story short, Juan from One Hour, looked at all the wirings and shook his head in disbelief. 🫢 He rewired, reconnected the cut wires, tinkered with the outside unit and looked at the thermostat, tinkered with the thermostat, tested, walked back and in and out of the house numerous times and said you’re thermostat is bad. Let’s change that. Now I have air conditioning; I could have cried! The sound of the thermostat going on and off is music to my ears!!! I signed up for One Hour to take care of the HVAC, Electric and Plumbing from now on. I love people who are SKILLED in their craft. Thank you very much, One Hour! You have my gratitude and my business. Best money I ever spent! - Cindy

  Horrible, I made an appointment for ac maintenance they called and canceled cause of an emergency ok no problem I made another appointment they said they would be here between 10 and 2 i called at 240pm they said the technician would be another 45 min no call to let us know i had to call. Thats not good service to me.
