My parents were hesitant on their 'payment plan' process and told them they wanted to wait and speak to their daughter. My parents didn't think it was a good idea and that they were just trying to get as much money out of them. A few days later they called my parents back telling them "oh your daughter called us to let us know that we can come do the work." EXCUSE ME? No, no one called you and the fact that you think LYING to customers to get a sale is okay? NOT. AT. ALL. I do not recommend working with this company because they will lie to you to try to get work done. It bugs me to think someone is trying to take advantage of unknowing elderly.
