  Our AC went out during the recent heat wave, and we came home on a Sunday evening to a house that was over 90 degrees inside. Needless to say, we were stressed and pretty miserable. Sean came out after 8 PM on a Sunday, and honestly, you never would have known he was at the end of a long weekend. He showed up with a great attitude, was professional from the moment he arrived, and got right to work diagnosing the problem. What impressed me most was not only his technical knowledge, but also his customer service. He clearly explained what was wrong, what needed to be done, and why. I never felt like I was being talked down to or rushed through the explanation. Even though I was tired, hot, and frustrated from the situation, Sean was patient, understanding, and genuinely pleasant to talk to. It's rare to find someone who combines expertise and customer service that well. Most importantly, he fixed the issue incredibly quickly and got our AC running again when we needed it most. If I could give Sean a 10 out of 5, I would. Five stars for his technical skill and another five stars for his professionalism and customer service. Mr. Sparky is lucky to have him on the team. Highly recommend.

  I would like to thank sean balzer from Mr sparky for showing up literally 5 minutes after I called on July 4!!, and fix the problem immediately and now I won’t be in my 98 degree house because my air conditioner is working!! Sean I absolutely LOVE you!!!!!! Will recommend to everyone!!

  Sean was on time and checked the problem out immediately. He took the time to explain the what could have happened. He even checked another outlet before he left. I would definitely call Mister Sparky again. I have already given his name and Mr Sparky’s number to friends in the area who need electrician

  After speaking to many electricians, and being told that my house would have to be ripped down to the studs to do the work, I landed with Mr Sparky. My home is 106 years old and we didn't know if we should be grounding sockets, re-wiring, etc. Javi came out first and then brought in Steve Cordero to discuss our options that would be the best and the safest. We opted for re-wiring and they came back with pricing, which at the end of the job, was still the same pricing. No games, or hidden costs. The work took about a month due to the size and scope and the only two cuts were in my ceiling each about a 4"x4" square. The work is impeccable. The guys on the job: Javi, Eli, Roger, Ray and Steven were so considerate of my home and they approached the work thoughtfully, like adding a pull for a bulb in a closet that used to sometimes work, but now I don't have to stretch to turn it on (and now it always works!). We are so pleased with their considerate work, professionalism and clear up front pricing. Since we bought this house a few years ago, I can finally feel safe and that is the highest compliment I can pay. I would also like to compliment the folks in the office for billing and customer service, also friendly and informative. It is a very well run local business you can trust. Thank you Steve Cordero -- you go above and beyond and a true trustworthy professional.
