  I contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing because I noticed a leak under the kitchen and bathroom sinks. I also need some upgrades to my bathrooms and kitchen. PJ came out and assessed the issues. He did a thorough check and explained everything that needed to be done. PJ was very helpful and friendly. I am very happy with the service and looking forward to seeing all the new renovations in my house. Thanks again!

  A thorough plumbing review of the entire house. He checked everything that was plumbing related and explained the results to us so we would understand. Great job !

  Mamdiu Berete was extremely thorough in his inspection of the home. He was very detailed in helping us understand what items we should prioritize for repair. Overall it was a great experience and he was very professional.

  I had a generator installed and Benjamin Franklin was involved with the plumbing part of the job. Jeremy G was very professional and knowledgeable, was very thorough explaining what was done. I will be using them when my present heater goes because it’s hot water base heat and needs a knowledgeable plumber and they are the company.

  Unfortunately, it never even got to the point of having the plumbing issue inspected or receiving the promised estimate. I called several times over the course of two weeks trying to schedule an appointment, but each time I felt like my request was not taken seriously. After waiting for quite some time, I finally received a call saying a plumber could come the very next day. I explained that I work full-time and need more notice to arrange my schedule. About a week later, I received another call informing me that the plumber would be arriving in about an hour. I was honestly speechless. It was clear that no one had paid attention to what I had already explained. When I called the office again to ask why appointments were being scheduled with virtually no notice, I was told that most of their customers are retired and can accommodate last-minute visits. That may work for some people, but it is not an acceptable way to treat customers who have jobs and need to plan ahead. Overall, I found the communication to be unprofessional and frustrating. After weeks of trying to schedule a simple plumbing appointment, nothing was accomplished. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience
