  Full analysis of our air conditioning systems was performed and detailed testing results and performance information presented. All air filters replaced. Work areas were neat. Great to deal with from scheduling to completion of work.

  Outstanding HVAC service! No waiting when I called them and I got a next day appointment for a non-time critical problem. Repairman was on time, personable and professional in every way. He even did a "courtesy check" of units which were peripheral to my furnace problem. He also explained every diagnostic he did in terms that I could easily understand. Based on this excellent experience, I'm adding the recommended annual maintenance checkups on my aging HVAC system with AHHS and also putting them on speed dial in case of emergencies.

  We had a great experience with Travis and the Ace Hardware Home Services Team from start to finish. I was rapidly scheduled to investigate an issue with low water pressure. Travis and his partner were incredibly thorough, checking every possible cause both inside and outside the house. I really appreciated how methodical and patient they were—they didn’t rush to conclusions and took the time to explain what they were doing along the way. In the end, they determined the issue was actually related to our irrigation system, not the plumbing itself. That level of honesty and attention to detail speaks volumes. It would have been easy to suggest unnecessary repairs, but instead they focused on finding the real root of the problem. Professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy—I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or recommend them to others. We have a standing agreement for maintenance and they keep our tankless hot water heater and our water purification in top condition.

  Today I was greeted by Avery and Bob from ACE Hardware. Both were kind, polite and respectful of our home. Avery inspected my plumbing issue and gave me a quote. Avery and Bob were able to complete the job right on the spot. Everything was explained to me just how a friend of mine had told me. So I knew they were also being honest with what needed to be done. They were so nice that by the time they left, my husband and I had 2 new friends! Great job, well done, and very professional.

  We had a great experience with Ace Home Improvement when our well line burst and started leaking into our driveway and yard. They answered our call after hours (around 7pm) and scheduled us for the very next day. The team was knowledgeable, kind, and efficient, completing the repair in just two days while keeping the work area clean and safe in between. They even cut through our concrete patio neatly to access the line, leaving clean edges that made the repair process easier. Overall, we’re very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone in need!
