  Outstanding Service I highly recommend Kubat Construction! They are professional, reliable, hardworking, and truly take pride in the quality of their work. From start to finish, they were respectful, responsive, and committed to making sure everything was done right. The attention to detail and craftsmanship really stood out.   It is our pleasure to give Kubat construction a five star review! Zach and his crew worked on our first floor renovation for eight weeks and we are thrilled with the results. Communication with Zach, Mark, and the entire crew was excellent from day one. Zach, Bryan, Rob and Ethan were very respectful of our home during the entire process. We lived on the second floor for two months and every day we felt comfortable knowing exactly who would be in our home and what was being done. The whole crew and their subcontractors were always on time and worked diligently to stay on schedule. At the end of every workday they cleaned up inside and outside. They were even considerate of our two dogs that had a tendency to get under foot! This renovation, including a new kitchen, powder room, living room, and office area, was a big project for us. Kubat construction truly exceeded all of our expectations!

  We talked to 5 different contractors before landing on Kubat, and there was no contest - Zak, Carolann, Rob, and the whole team were a dream to work with from start to finish and no other company came close to their attention to detail and care. They brought us a binder for the project that had the timeline (in a gantt chart!), scope of work, and all the other details laid out, and that binder stayed in our bathroom as the team worked through each phase of the project. They texted us every day throughout the process with photos and updates, and kept us informed about what to expect every step of the way. This is exactly who you want for your remodel. Thank you so much to everyone at Kubat for bringing our vision to life!

  The Kubat Construction Company did a fabulous job remodeling our bathroom. They were friendly, thorough, and neat. Carolann guided us through the process of selecting materials and was always available to answer questions. Rob was here daily and worked quickly and efficiently to complete the total remodeling job. Zach clearly explained all aspects of the project at the beginning and frequently followed up on the work. The notebook that he provided helped us to follow the steps throughout the project. We are very satisfied with this company and will certainly recommend them to others.

  We highly recommend working with the Kubat team! Beginning with the initial design process with Mark and Zach, all the way through the entire job with our project manager Rob, everyone was really great. They work fast and are always courteous while working in your home. We absolutely love our new bathroom and office addition! Thank you so much!!!
