Bob was absolutely perfect. The pricing is amazing and he was very quick and prompt. As a first time homebuyer I highly recommend, I was very afraid when shopping for inspectors and all fear was all eliminated.

Bob was very attentive and gave us good feedback. He made it easy to understand what we should consider a major vs minor concern, and as this was our first time buying a home, put us at ease that we were making the right decision. I would recommend Bob for an inspection and would use him in the future if moving.

I'm glad the first company I contacted was too busy and was nice enough to give me the contact info for Pro Inspect. Bob was so easy to do business with. He arrived early and had already started what he could until our agent arrived. He was very thorough and informative. I highly recommend!
