  Bob was very attentive and gave us good feedback. He made it easy to understand what we should consider a major vs minor concern, and as this was our first time buying a home, put us at ease that we were making the right decision. I would recommend Bob for an inspection and would use him in the future if moving.

  I'm glad the first company I contacted was too busy and was nice enough to give me the contact info for Pro Inspect. Bob was so easy to do business with. He arrived early and had already started what he could until our agent arrived. He was very thorough and informative. I highly recommend!

  Bob came out to do A pre-settlement inspection on the home my son was buying. He was very Knowledgeable and accommodating with the scheduling of the appointment. He was very professional and did a thorough inspection of the home. He inspected Everything. He even provided a scope of the septic system. We would highly recommend his services if you are ever in need of any home inspections.

  Great company! Their response times were very fast and they worked efficiently. The inspection and report were thorough and they found several items on our new build that the construction team will be fixing for us. Pricing was fair and they offer a military discount. Definitely recommend using them if you need a home inspection done!
