  I won a Tuff Shed and Jen Ward was amazing. I had such a wonderful, fun experience working with her on designing the shed I won. From the very beginning she was so helpful and very patient. She took the time and listened to my husband & I on what we wanted for my shed. She definitely made this experience so much more special Thank you so much Jen Ward

  Jen was very professional, very knowledgeable.I was quite impressed with this young lady.And she's the reason why I purchased the shed.Because i've been hesitant for the last four months until I met her.   Our experience with Tuff Shed was a positive one. Jen our sales rep at the store was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We placed our shed order with her and she was responsive if we asked further questions. She checked in with us throughout the process. The install crew was on time and did an excellent job. The shed itself is good quality. The galvanized steel bottom was a factor in our decision to purchase.

Communication was excellent, and she answered all of my questions promptly. The entire process was smooth, and the shed was exactly as described. The quality exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. What really impressed me was Jen's attention to detail and dedication to her customers. Even after the sale, she realized I hadn't completed some of the required paperwork. She called me right away to let me know.   I will admit. I have never shed-ed before. I've had sheds. I inherited a shed. I have never built a custom shed before. I was very intimidated by the prices, the options, and the permits. Thankfully I met with Jen Ward at Tuff Shed in Cherry Hill. A consumate professional, Jen's attention to detail, knowledge, and enthusiasm made this a very comfortable and exciting process. She was able to give us helpful recommendations based on how we wanted to use the shed, and we are excited to see it come to fruition at our house. Now my Wife will have the She-Shed that she's always wanted! Thanks so much Jen!
