  Pratt was here on 2 occasions. They handled a small job that another company said could not be done and Pratt performed that job for a few hundred dollars. A week later I inquired about additional work and was quoted an outrageous price and was told things that were absolutely false, including conducting what seemed to be a totally fake “water test”. I would avoid these people and certainly will not be using them going forward.

  I would just like to thank Steve and his crew at Pratt Plumbing for the AMAZING job they did at my home. From start to finish the whole process was seamless. Steve and his staff were VERY professional and VERY polite, there workmanship was second to none. If your looking for a HONEST plumber that does great work at a FAIR PRICE give Pratt Plumbing a call, you won't be disappointed!!! Thanks again, Glen 🤝🏻👍🏻

  Thoroughly unimpressed with the owner's attitude upon entering my home to perform an AC Tune-up. I've given plenty of business to Pratt over the last several years but Steve Hopper, the owner, was upset that, for one particular job, for which he provided a quote, we used another provider because we had a credit to use up. In response to Steve's reply: You and I both know it had nothing to do with the thermostats. I figured the Nest to Ecobee swap out was a simple job a handyman could address. Turned out not to be the case - live and learn. I never asked you to do this work first. You were irritated that I had another provider run new CO ventilation from our tankless water heater. You've alluded to that on other visits since that work was done. The reality is, a smart consumer gets multiple quotes and makes a decision as to who they wish to award the business. All new opportunities are yours to lose. We didn't even get into the two cancelations of prior appointment for THIS AC tune-up service...and that I had to chase you to get a new appointment.
