100% satisfaction with the overall process and the services provided from the Contract implementation, the timely Product delivery and the eventual Front Entry and Storm Door installation. It was our sincere pleasure to converse with Carl and John who thoroughly explained in great detail what we could expect, and answered every question and concern with the expertise and knowledge of true professionalism. Special thanks to Kyle and the entire Installation Crew who worked diligently and with extreme care to ensure the project’s end result was simpatico with our expectations. Thanks to everyone for a job well done!

I recently had windows installed by Windowrama of Eatontown and had an amazing experience. The process from initial consultation, to follow up questions, placing the order and install were super easy. John Marte and his team came and did 13 windows in one day, and left my house impeccable. They were so friendly and explained everything to me and were thorough in going over inspecting each window. One required their team to come back, and there was no questions asked. I would highly recommend them if you need windows replaced!

We had an excellent experience with WindowRama. .The field supervisor, John Marte, stopped by to make sure we were happy with everything, which really shows they care about their customers. The A-Team installed three beautiful windows. They were professional, polite, and efficient. They protected our floors. The process was easy. We highly recommend WindowRama!

On July 30, 2026, WI was here at the community clubhouse to replace two failed windows units. John Marte was on site with his two installers. Throughout the installation process, John communicated about the progress of the work. When it became known to John that there were issues with the upper window balances installed at the factory, John informed me and went about making arrangements for more substantial balances to be ordered, the timeframe to receive them, etc. John was a breathe of fresh in a world where it seems that many supervisory types make the obligatory appearance on a job and then are gone. Thank you, John!
