  The work was done very professionally and efficiently. Kevin Flores and Dave were respectful, honest and knowledgeable. They expressed concerns regarding the replacement electrical panel that was planned for install. They recommended a larger, more appropriate panel and made the changes to get the newly chosen equipment picked up and ready for install today. Kevin also called the office for additional technicians to help get this job completed today. I could not ask for a better team especially with Kevin and Dave leading the team. The other 2 workers were also excellent. This was a stress free experience thanks to Arctic Air.

  Just now, I received outstanding diagnostic and customer support from Arctic Air Conditioning. Huciel Castillo is without question a well rounded, well informed technician of integrity. I did not feel rushed unlike previous experiences I have had with other local HVAC repair/replacement providers. And, unlike other HVAC repair/replacement providers local to my area in Monmouth County, NJ, ARTIC AIR did NOT overcharge me for the repair. Pricing - reasonable. Many thanks, Huciel-! I will not hesitate to reach out to Artic Air again should the need arise, and ask for you specifically. A no brainer.

  My experience with Arctic Air was excellent. During my initial discussion with Mark Carroll, he listened to my concerns and needs for both a new air conditioning system as well as a new furnace. Mark explained the different options that were available, taking into account the needs for my home as well as my budget. Once I decided what would work best for me, I was scheduled for an appointment and was happy to hear that I would have my new system installed within days. Nick Kondrat arrived promptly and explained exactly what he would be doing and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Both Nick and his assistant Vladimir were professional and efficient. I appreciate how seamless it was to work with Arctic Air throughout this entire process.

  I had an extremely frustrating experience with Arctic Air. What should have been a simple insulation installation turned into six separate appointments with no resolution. Each visit came with a new excuse — from the technician not knowing insulation was needed, to a broken van, to only bringing one tube of insulation when eight were required. Despite multiple attempts, the job was never completed. After the 3rd and 4th appointments, I even sent pictures and videos to the company so there would be absolutely no confusion about what needed to be done — and still, they showed up unprepared. Customer service was just as disappointing. Every time I called, I was treated like just another number in the queue, with no urgency or care for the situation. To make matters worse, I was repeatedly charged $140 “service visit” fees — even though the actual work was never done. When I questioned this, I was told the fee was simply for a 15-minute assessment. After taking multiple days off work and dealing with six failed appointments, I still don’t have the insulation installed. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

  I really wanted to like Arctic Air as they are a local company. Unfortunately for that reason, I have given them way too many chances to rectify problems. Suffice it to say, communication with the company is excruciatingly difficult with calls typically being answered at some call center and being sorted that way. Once a customer finally gets through and schedules an appointment, the fun truly begins. Countless appointments are canceled due to truck breakdowns and the like. Once one is lucky enough to have a tech come out (weeks after the initial call) often times, they do not have the proper gear in their truck for the actual repair and it is again rescheduled. Having experienced all of the above over and over, I thought things would improve once someone higher up gave me her direct extension for easier and quicker communication. Well, upon reaching her, after yet another tech failed to have the proper equipment in his truck for the repair, her response to me was “that’s not my department”. So yes, my advice is to avoid these guys at all costs.
