  Corey from Arctic came out for a service appointment on our HVAC system, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. He was extremely nice, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took his time inspecting our system, explained everything clearly, and made sure all of our questions were answered. It was refreshing to have someone who was not only knowledgeable but also so personable and genuinely committed to providing excellent customer service.   I recently used Arctic Air Conditioning for the installation of a new AC and furnace system in my attic, and I am very satisfied with their service. The installation team, led by Sam and two other technicians, did an excellent job. They were professional, efficient, and highly skilled. Before starting the installation, they carefully laid down protective drop cloths to keep my home clean. Once the work was completed, they thoroughly cleaned up all debris and materials generated during the installation. The team worked seamlessly together and demonstrated a high level of expertise throughout the entire process. Arctic Air Conditioning also provides a valuable 5-year labor warranty. In addition, they handled all aspects of the township permit process, scheduled the required inspections, and assisted with applying for the state Energy Efficiency credit, making the entire experience hassle-free. Overall, Arctic Air Conditioning is a reliable and professional company that delivers high-quality service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC installation or replacement services.

  They helped us move our furnace and ducts from the floor to the attic TWO YEARS ago. Sloppy work, they cracked the ceiling and left pilot holes all over the place. The did fix the crack. Larger issue is that they filed inaccuracies on the permit paperwork to the township which prevented the unit from passing final inspection to close the permit. Whenever I call them for an update, they say they need a little more time and will call me back. Months will go by with no update. When I call back again, it’s like we’re starting over again. Hoping this review will finally encourage them to take this matter more seriously.

  My experience with Arctic air and my care plan maintenance appointment was very good. The scheduling department, namely Stephanie was very helpful in adjusting my appointment to the later part of my four hour window so I could remain at work longer instead of sitting at home waiting for four hours that was a huge help! The technician Spero was also very professional very helpful. He ran through a complete checklist to make sure my heating system was in good shape for the upcoming season. He offered some suggestions and he was just all around very helpful and pleasant. It was a good experience all around.

  Excellent HVAC tune-up from start to finish. The Total Comfort Club yearly membership includes 2 tune-up appointments per year- one for AC and one for the heater. About 20 minutes before arrival, I got a text and an email with the technician's name and photo. Carter is very professional. He explained what he was going to do before he started, then worked through the system methodically: checked the filters, took photos where relevant, and measured temperatures, current, and other key parameters. He changed the filters, did a cleanup of unit and condensate pipe. Upon completion, he walked me through a detailed report and had me sign off. Everything went according to plan and was done on time. I'd highly recommend this service from Arctic Air and Carter in particular. Thank you
