From the first time walking through the doors of Fox Floors to the first time walking on our new carpet, there has not been one bad thing to say! Between the awesome artistry around the store and great customer service, we recommend Fox!

Marshall and his mother were so pleasant to work with. I was trying to save money because it’s a simple sun porch, not a room used year round. They showed me many samples of in stock remnants & recommended which would be best for an unheated room over the winter. I changed my mind on my selection once and they didn’t give me a hard time at all. I love it!!!! The installers did an amazing job also and were finished laying the luan & then the linoleum in no time. Their cuts around the staircase are perfect. I definitely recommend this family run business. Marshall who was not at my home during the installation but did come to measure for me called after the job was completed to ask if everything worked out as was planned. I assured him I am delighted from visiting the store to choose the product, to the finished installation!

From selecting the carpet to placing the order and on to installation, the team at Fox treated us perfectly and like family. They are flexible, accommodating, and did it all at very reasonable cost. Great experience.
