Mike P gave us a lot of advice throughout the process and we couldn’t be happier with the way everything turned out. From everything lvp flooring to bathroom and kitchen tile, Mike & Avalon really delivered for us. Can’t recommend highly enough.
- RHRyan HoranApr 29, 20261.0Master bathroom project From start to finish this process was anything but easy. We had zero notifications from the installers about tiling progress. It wasnt until the last day of tiling that we were shown pictures and we encountered numerous aesthetic issues. Crooked tile, incorrect shower pan width, and it was only found because we the homeowner flagged it. Once the job was paid for it was impossible to get anyone to provide us information on next steps without hounding the showroom and installation office. Changes were finally made but Im still left with some aesthetic issues that leave me frustrated with my experience. From the ducking of texts and calls, and a "well what do you want me to do attitude" from management Im not using this company ever again for any future projects.

He brought Brian Miller over who added even more insight for the small space to allow it to appear bigger. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the time and attention. These two gentlemen took in, assisting me with this project. I will definitely be recommending family friends to this particular store.

Are rug remnants for sale? Do you have a good supply of remnants and bound area rugs?
We carry remnants in our Rio Grande, NJ and Toms River, NJ showrooms. We also offer a full selection of ready-made rugs as well as an opportunity for custom rugs from a wide variety of vendors and brands.
Do you carry Tec grout?
Yes we do! Please visit your local showroom to view our selection of Tec grout.
Do you carry grout and mortar?
Yes, we carry a wide range of installation materials, including grout and mortar. We are a full stocking dealer of your most common grout and mortar brands, including TEC, Schluter, Wedi and more.
Do I need an appointment to talk to a store associate about my flooring or window project?
Appointments are not required in our showrooms and we do accept walk-ins. However, we do recommend making an appointment to speak with one of our store associates if you plan to arrive during peak visiting hours. Call your local showroom for an appointment.
Do you sell vinyl plank flooring?

Do you sell stair treads and runners?
Yes, we sell custom runners for your staircases. We also carry a selection of wood-look stair treads that coordinate well with our flooring options. We do not carry carpet stair treads at this time.

In the case of any error made during installation of an Avalon Flooring project, we can follow up with necessary repairs. We do not offer general floor repair services.

We offer stretching for carpet that was originally installed by the Avalon Flooring team. Our carpet stretching services are available for a fee. Call your store associate or local showroom for details.

Do you provide samples to bring home for review?
Many of our products do have samples that can be brought home. Depending on the product, you may be able to take those samples home the same day, or we may have to ship them to your home. For example, for hardwood, laminate, and vinyl we offer $5 samples that can be shipped directly to your home, while carpet samples are often available in store for customers to take home.
