  The team was knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. They took the time to explain the issues, how the system works, and what improvements can be made. Overall it was a good experience; and I don't typically like any experience that may cost me money. I would recommend them to friends and family.

  Joe was an outstanding technician that worked on our central air conditioner. For a 4th of July emergency service call, the price was very reasonable and the result was perfect.

  Our a/c stopped working while we were away on vacation. Joe came quickly to the rescue on, even on July 4th. He showed up before the scheduled time as well. Luckily it was a quick fix. Unfortunately , this all happened on a weekend and holiday so the price was much than typical. Thank you Climate Plus!

  I had a great experience with Climate Plus. They came out on a Saturday and arrived within the exact time window they promised, which was greatly appreciated. Joe quickly diagnosed the problem and had a solution ready right away. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. In addition to fixing the immediate issue, he pointed out a few preventative maintenance items that could help avoid future problems and potentially save us money down the road. The service was prompt, honest, and efficient from start to finish. I would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC service.

  Our AC compressor wouldn’t kick on, and having a 5 month old baby on a 90 degree day, we were worried about how quickly it would get hot in the house. Cody was at our house within an hour of the call! Luckily it ended up kicking back on itself by that time, but Cody still thoroughly checked everything out and waited a bit to let it run. We appreciate the fast response and professionalism Cody showed! Definitely will recommend!
