  They have done work for me at my house multiple times and now my job is using them as well. The employees are pleasant the customer service is always responsive and easy to talk to. I can't recommend Mark Lindsay & Sons enough!

  Drew was exceptionally warm, knowledgeable, and informative. He quickly knew what to look for, identified the issue, and explained everything clearly. It was obvious that he knew his craft and took pride in his work. As I write this review, I can confidently say that our heating system is performing better than ever! Thank you, Drew, for your attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine white-glove service. It was a pleasure having you help us, and I truly appreciate the care you put into your work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company, and especially Drew, to anyone in need of heating services!

  I'm not sure this is a real company or just a front for something. They sent me a technician for an estimate on a heat pump installation, he spent 2 hours in my place, looked in every room, took measurements, suggested he was the best man for the job, checked to see that he had the correct contact information for me to send me an estimate, and then nothing. I called a week later and was told they'll pass on the message. Nothing. I called two weeks later, I said, please let me know even if you're not interested in my business for some reason. Nothing. I find that downright bizarre, definitely not a place I'd ever contact for any reason again.

From my initial phone call to schedule an estimate for repairing or replacing my boiler, their team was responsive, courteous, and exceptionally professional. They were able to schedule a complimentary estimate promptly, without the long wait times I had experienced with other service providers. Approximately 30 minutes before the appointment, I received a text with a photo of Perry, the technician, along with information highlighting his experience. This thoughtful touch immediately inspired confidence and reflected the company’s commitment to professionalism and customer service. Perry was outstanding! He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and personable, taking the time to thoroughly explain my options and answer all my questions. Most importantly, he demonstrated genuine honesty and integrity. I felt he was looking out for my best interests and helping me find the most cost-effective solution, rather than trying to upsell me on unnecessary work. He was never pushy and made the entire experience comfortable and reassuring. It is refreshing to work with a company that combines technical expertise, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to its customers. I highly recommend Mark Lindsay & Son and Perry to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional plumbing and heating company. I would not hesitate to use them again!
