- DTDuct Technology3 days ago1.0They sent an inexperienced young technician to get my furnace started. He offered to clean up the furnace and change the filter for $535 but couldn’t get the furnace started. He said “your heat exchanger light is purple, I think your unit is dead but let me talk to my supervisor” and he left with a check and my furnace not working. I called the office several times to ask what was going on and they kept taking my message but never called me back. I ended up calling PSEG and all they had to do was drain the excess water from the drain pan. Mark lyndsay ripped me off big time and never once called to apologize or remediate the issue.

Had someone check out my unit said I needed a new unit basically.. not gonna say exactly what so they do not get fired but the people working for this company DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT HEATING.. could not fix my issue I ended up fixing it my self since I also do heating time to time. Disgusting the prices they charge. Anyone in a five mile radius is cheaper & way more knowledgeable than these people..
