  Our AC stopped working at 11:30 pm on a hot summer night! Rob took the call at 7am and showed up within and hour after we hung up. Honest, kind, funny and all around good guy! I finally found a AC person I can trust! Thanks Rob!

  We had an unexpectedly stressful situation where we needed to replace our HVAC system, and One Hour Heating & Cooling was one of several companies we contacted for an estimate. From the very beginning, Rob, the owner, stood out. He was incredibly down-to-earth, honest, and took the time to explain everything to us in detail without making us feel pressured. After meeting with several companies, Rob was by far our favorite, and we felt very comfortable choosing his team for the job. It truly felt like we were becoming part of a family rather than just being another number at a large company, and that made a huge difference to us. The installation team was just as impressive. They were professional, respectful, clean, and truly top-class guys. They did an excellent job and left everything neat and tidy. We’re really looking forward to working with Rob and his team going forward. It’s refreshing to find a company you can genuinely trust, and we’re very happy to recommend One Hour Heating & Cooling to our friends and family!   One Hour Hvac was amazing !!!! they were efficient and very reasonably priced , house left clean - very communicative and allowed me to have peace of mind knowing i was safely and properly having AC central air installed !!!!! if i could give 10 stars i would !!!

  Robert did a fantastic job replacing our furnace and AC system from start to finish. He walked us through the options honestly, including the tradeoffs between different equipment tiers, and never pushed us toward the most expensive choice. The installation itself was clean and the crew clearly took pride in the ductwork layout, not just the equipment swap. Robert also followed up to make sure everything was registered properly for warranty coverage. Would absolutely use One Hour again for any future HVAC work.

  Had technicians arrive to service my HVAC system. Yes, it was a snow day, and they began work without providing a final price. After replacing the belt and a few fuses, they requested $2,000. I called that unreasonable, and the technician said he would remove everything while speaking with his colleague as though anticipating questions about the total. I consulted two other HVAC companies, both of which confirmed that this cost was excessive for replacing a few fuses and a belt. Later, the same company returned to repair a neighbor’s HVAC and interfered with ours—opening the unit, adjusting components, and leaving it off. Perhaps they hoped I would call again for additional charges, but I had already partnered with another provider handling servicing, gas refills, and leak repairs for $400. That reflected the actual price. While I value their prompt arrival, they engaged in extreme price gouging. Avoid letting him ascend your stairs; if you lack alternatives, secure a detailed invoice beforehand and negotiate. Do not allow intimidation into paying more.
