  We used Bovio-Rubino Service for a Bathroom tub/shower leak. They Fixed the issue and educated us with photos And videos on what the root cause was. We had Sam as our Plummer. She was a five star Service Tech, who answered all of our questions and left our bathroom cleaner then when she got there. This company not only cares about their customers, but clearly cares about their employees as well. I would 100% recommend Bovio-Rubino Service for any needs.

  I had a leak from the water line into a bathroom at the point you connect the water supply line. I called Bovio-Rubino to see if someone could come out and fix the leak. Right from the beginning, everyone was very helpful. The person who took my call, recognized me since I use them for my HVAC system. I told her the problem and she said they could have someone come out to my house between 5 pm and 8 pm. I agreed. She also told me about their plumbing maintenance plan and that if someone could make it to me earlier I would get a call. Sure enough, I got a call from someone else. They were able to send someone out earlier. Sam provided service to me for the repair. Not only was she knowledgeable; she was pleasant. She explained what needed to be done to fix the leak. I agreed to have the repair done and to fix my other waterline also. She worked quickly and did the work. She made sure everything was clean upon completion. All three of the employees I dealt with regarding this matter were professional and helpful. Thank you Bovio-Rubino for good work ethic.

  During the visit the tech blew a fuse on the unit. He informed me and replaced the fuse. He then found the voltage output for the upstairs was low. He called a specialist who was here in 10 mins. According to the specialist the wiring was done incorrectly leading to the control board blowing.
