- LLLeftrightandridiculous3 days ago1.0Sam was amazing and we have been using Bovio Rubino for years, always loving their service and fees. Not today, however. As I said, Sam was awesome but when she told me it would cost over $1000 to replace my garbage disposal, I nearly fell off the chair. So I went on Home Depot’s website and looked up the exact model of the garbage disposal and it was $199, then I called Mr. Handyman of Cherry Hill and they said the installation would be around $202. So that is $402 compared to Bovio’s $1000. I have recommended Bovio to so many people but today was very disappointed with them.

The process was smooth. Mr. Blackwell was totally professional. He was pleasant and engaged. He answered all my questions; gave me the information I needed; and described the details of the repair. He didn’t overpromise. He was very honest and realistic about the correction of the problem, as well as the timeline. We still had to order a part, but I’m confident about how things are going. Thank you Mr. Blackwell!
