  Highly recommend Bovio Rubino Services. We had our HVAC replaced and the entire process was smooth from sale to install. Paperwork was easy and communication was top notch.

  I would rate 0 stars if possible. We have been paying Bovio a monthly membership for the past year, which allows for free visits while we still pay the hourly labor fee. Until this week, our experience has been good. But when we came back from vacation to find a downstairs shower backing up with water every time the upstairs toilet flushed, we reached out. We had the same technician come out twice to fix the blocked drain and both times he failed to resolve the problem claiming he didn’t have the right equipment on the truck. Even though he did not fix the problem, we were charged $200. Then we called another company at Bovio’s recommendation, with jet wash and heavy duty equipment (that was unnecessary) and after spending $1800 (weekend emergency rates) he found the clog right under the shower drain and cleared it. He said any regular plumber should have been able to take care of this. The whole experience was extremely disappointing and makes the monthly preventative seem like a waste.

  Had Gary Simms come out for issues with our thankless water heater! He's great. Efficient, knowledgeable, and very sweet. Highly highly recommend!

  Excellent service! Peter was excellent and knowledgeable. He was so kind to one of the residents. He is nice kid and smart cookie! Very happy with the experience.
