  Great White Mechanical saved my family right before the biggest (hopefully) heat wave of the r year. From the start, the people on the phone were superbly nice and efficient—I was booked and off the phone in under five minutes. The tech (George - you rule!) arrived on the early side of the provided arrival window, found the issue fast, and fixed it. He actually took the time to explain why it happened, how to maintain it, and what to do if it happens again. George ended up doing a full clean and a freon recharge, but not before he checked everything thoroughly first and checked in with me about costs before doing any work. No pushy sales tactics at all, just honest advice and listing realistic consequences if I don’t proceed (ie machine would degrade faster, be less efficient etc). AC service is never cheap, but their prices are right in line with competitors. George didn't miss a single step and gave me total confidence in their work. More companies should emulate Great White’s approach and execution. Good luck the rest of the summer, Great White!

  I had a wonderful experience with this HVAC company, especially with my technician, George. He was honest, cost-conscious, and never made me feel pressured into unnecessary work. George was also very kind, patient, and easy to talk to, and he explained everything in a way that was clear and easy to understand. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely considerate of the customer. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for trustworthy, reliable HVAC service!

  We had our air conditioning service done today. Our technician, Layne was outstanding. He answered all the questions my husband asked him and was very informative. He was extremely pleasant and my husband felt like he knew him for years. In addition, he was very efficient. In fact, Great White really takes care of their customers. I would highly recommend them.

  Outstanding service for an emergency heating repair! Great White Mechanical and Technician James Merrill set the "Gold Standard" for us in their response to our need for emergency heating repair! Arriving just one hour after our emergency call, Jim provided the most professional, technically knowledgeable and detailed inspection and repair we have ever experienced, checking and testing each and every component of our heating system, and repairing or replacing multiple components, followed by meticulous testing of each component and complete operation of the system. He stayed with us until he was able to double and triple check that each component was working perfectly and the system in its entirety also worked perfectly. It was a challenging repair of multiple parts, and he completed the entire repair impeccably! Best repair experience we have ever had!
