  Mike from Quality Pro replaced our water heater and did a great job. He handled the permit paperwork, was responsive to all my questions, and the installation was fast and professional. Fair price too. Highly recommended.

  We were very satisfied with Quality Pro Services LLC! The plumber, Juan, arrived on time, evaluated the issue, told us what he needed to do, and gave me the cost before starting work. When he finished, he noticed another issue that required an additional part. He said the price was too high and called his boss, who provided a discount. A part he used didn’t fit exactly, so he went and got one that did. He triple-checked everything before leaving and made sure the toilet flushed properly, the leaking area was dry, and the floor around the toilet was clean and dry. Within two hours, he was finished. He explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. It was a pleasant, professional experience. I have another project for Quality Pro Services and definitely will call them in a couple of weeks! I highly recommend Quality Pro Services LLC! Debra

  It was great meeting Mike after talking to him over the phone several times over the years. When we turned on the thermostats for the first time this year, the heat didn't come on. We call Mike and he came out this morning and got it working. We will still need the thermocoupler to be replaced, which Mike will do at a later date and has added us on his schedule to be done. Our heat is now up & running which we are very happy about. Thanks Mike & QPS
