  We’ve been customers of Aqua Industries since 2013, and they have always provided outstanding service. Nick and Rob came out today for an emergency service call, and they were absolutely awesome, just like every experience we’ve had over the years. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before they left. It’s such a relief knowing we have a company we can trust to take care of our well water system whenever we need them. Highly recommend Aqua Industries to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and exceptional service. Thank you, Nick and Rob, for another great experience!

  Our service tech, Tim, was great! Our water softening system was leaking, and he trouble shot the possible causes. He will be returning tomorrow to complete our repair. Tim was friendly and punctual. He was trustworthy, professional, and put us at ease. I will definitely recommend Aqua Industries, and Tim, for all water issues.

  I couldn't recommend Aqua Industries enough when it comes to my water purification needs. My household has been receiving treatment from this company since it was built and I have gladly carried over the partnership that my previous homeowner had created. I received a call about thirty minutes before arrival and unlike most services, the team of Dag and Tim arrived near the beginning of my service window. The gentlemen were professional, courteous, and friendly. The two had serviced my house and water multiple times, and I couldn't be happier that I two technicians that were familiar with me and my system were completing the call. EVERY step of the process was dutifully explained to me by Tim while Dag tested my water. To be honest, the system was all a mystery to me growing up with city water but after the thorough explanation I now have a greater understanding of how the minerals and salt work to balance the pH of my well water. Before service began, Tim went over the quote for me and went over any costs. He was upfront with anything that would possibly be an issue and I was comfortable signing due to his professionalism and transparency. After signing I was told the service would take about an hour and half and it was done in less time. My costs were under the quote as well. The entire experience was great. The system was maintained, water was checked and they even reset my timer to my liking. Both Dag and Tim showed their value to the company and the customer, and Aqua Industries truly has a great team representing their company. I hope to see both the gentlemen next year in their 21st year of service! My water tastes great, our water is softer, and I'll be seeing these guys again.

  Tim and Zac were the best! Tim explained everything they did. He did tell me about the upgrade. I was so pleased with their service, I asked if I could request them for my next service.
