Ben made a hole, cut the old pipe, removed the spigot, bough a new spigot of the correct size, connected it to the existing pipe, covered the pipe with the existing insulation, sealed the exterior gap with cement, and cleaned both the inside and exterior. Fast and efficient! I highly recommend his work.
