I had Jantek Windows replace two large picture windows in my home and I am very pleased with the finished results. Mike and Jay were responsible for the installation and they arrived on time, were very courteous and worked efficiently. They paid attention to details and protected everything around the work area. Mike and Jay did a great job and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving.

Jantek windows did a beautiful job replacing our very old bay window & screens. We have a perfect picture window in the front & now can get a nice ocean breeze when the side windows are open. They were clean, efficient & priced fair. I definitely recommend them.

Just got my windows put in today, September 3, got six windows put in by a great staff of Tom, John, and Mo. They did an outstanding job and I cannot say enough about David Pepe for quoting me the windows I got done and show me the warehouse and very professional excellent price excellent staff excellent warehouse and excellent product and I’m very happy.

I’m giving Jantek two stars because our installation was great. Service is awful…they follow through on nothing. - We had our windows installed, I noticed what I thought was a defect in five window sashes, I sent Jantek pictures and they confirmed the defect. - After multiple phone calls, a gentleman came to our home, documented the sashes that needed replacing….and then nothing. - After more phone calls, another gentleman came to our home, documented the sashes that needed replacing….and then nothing - Finally and unexpectedly, a young man showed up at our front door with one sash. Unfortunately, this sash shattered during installation….and to date nothing has been addressed. - We currently need nine windows and a sliding glass door replaced and I am very disappointed but I feel we need to shop elsewhere. - Nice windows…no confidence in Jantek after install.
