  We had a great experience working with Jen at Avalon Flooring in Mays Landing. She helped us pick tile and flooring for our new home. We had a lot of choices to make and she was so patient, knowledgeable, helpful and fun to work with!

  I found a shower tile on line that I picked out with my Mom ,for my bathroom shower, one month after picking it out my Mother sadly passed away. I was all set to order it from the company online until I read the reviews which said customer service was terrible trying to return things was terrible and that frequently the tiles arrived damaged and broken. At that point I wanted something as close as possible to the tile my Mom and I picked out because the fact that we had picked it out together, it had become very sentimental to me after losing her. I looked at quite a few tile stores and no one had anything even close. I decided to stop at Avalon‘s new store in Mays Landing, where I met Joe Stone he not only listened to what I was looking for he listened to why, and also expressed his sympathy at the loss of my Mom he could not have worked harder or been more compassionate long story short we did find a tile very close to what my Mom and I had picked out and I saved quite a bit of money on the tile that I purchased from Avalon. If you’re looking for a beautiful showroom with hundreds of choices and someone who will go to all lengths to find you what you’re looking for , stop in Avalon Flooring and Tile and ask for Joe .

  We needed waterproof vinyl flooring and initially looked at Lowe’s and Home Depot, but we became concerned about the quality of the products and the level of customer support. That’s when we went to Avalon Flooring, and the experience was completely different. Jennifer Puglise provided outstanding customer service and helped us find the perfect COREtec flooring solution for our home. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us make the right choice. I can’t say enough about the support Jennifer provided or the quality difference between the product we selected and what we had seen elsewhere. Do yourself a favor — go see Jennifer at Avalon Flooring first and save yourself a lot of time and stress.

  we recently worked with Joe Stone at Avalon Flooring to redo our living room and kitchen floors, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process. From the very first visit, Joe was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to walk us through all the options, explained the pros and cons of different materials, and helped us pick the perfect hardwood that fits both our style and budget.

  I went to Avalon Flooring—very nice place—and worked with Joe Stone. Let me tell you: tremendous. The listening? Incredible. You say it once—he gets it. No repeating, no nonsense. A lot of people can’t do that—Joe can. Patience—top level. Never pushy, never rushing. Very calm, very professional. You like being around him. Details—he’s on everything. Every little thing. You start wondering how he knows so much—it’s impressive. Communication—perfect. Calls back, follows up. No disappearing acts, which we see a lot. Not good. Joe doesn’t do that. And most important—he puts the customer first. Your budget, your vision. Not the sale—you. Bottom line: If you’re going to Avalon and not using Joe Stone… big mistake. Go with Joe. Total winner.
