  I hired Groundforce for some basement foundation wall work. They did a great job and gave a good price. Highly recommend!

  Let me start off by saying, "Buyer be aware"! U get what ya pay for. Supar is saying it lightly! Had these guys come in and give me a very good price, I should of seen the red flag being it was so good (4000). Joseph, the taller irish brother of Paul was more than accommodating from the beginning. Joseph goes out and gives the quotes and Paul and his "crew" do the actual work! At one point I had questions about the clean up and joseph wanted nothing to do with me. Kept walking away and getting in his vehicle and wouldn't speak to me. Unfortunately Paul is never around to manage his crew and instead leaves them unsupervised for 90% of the job. Which explains why the excavated material from my lawn got dumped on the other side of the yard. And they didnt do a great job of even trying to spread it around. I told them I didnt want it there when they originally told me they would take all material away. They left patio blocks, wood from the ramp to the shed that they replaced. And Paul just kept saying that if he was on the job that would never of happened. Well that goes back to my point of hes never on the job! Everything was done by hand when it came to them laying the asphalt, no paver or paverbox. Wheelbarrowed everything by hand and tamper plated 90% of the job. They ended up using my garden hose for the roller they brought, used a shovel and broom from my shed on the job being i assume they didnt hav them. The did do a ramp for my shed and that came out good. Of course after they left I went to close the doors to the shed and I could even close them a 1/4 of the way being the ramp was to high. So after waiting a day, I had to chip away at it enough so I could close the doors completely. That was 2hrs of my own time after paying them to do the job! They seemed to always be in a rush to get it done rather than worry about the quality of work.. Im more worried about the winter time being the lack of "Compaction" if its going to break up quicker. The black top is very lose and it continues to chip away one stone at a time.. I attached a few pics for ya to look and judge.. Any questions feel free to reach directly to me. Dont waste your time or ur money with this company and if you do make sure you get it in writingand watch over them, but that's only my opinion. Please see photos.. Im located in Edison. Good luck...

  I needed basement wall supports inside the foundation walls. Groundforce was very familiar with the special work. There were no short cuts. They did a great job and supervised the crew throughout. Their estimate was very competitive. I Highly recommend their services.
