    Tina’s clean team did a wonderful job cleaning my house before I moved out. They left it spotless, their communication was great, and their online portal made things so easy to coordinate. Their pricing was also much better than anyone else I spoke to. I can’t recommend them highly enough- thanks!

    The cleaners completed a basic wipe-down, but it did not meet the standard of cleaning I requested. I was also disappointed with the arrival window. I booked the first appointment (8–10am) expecting an earlier arrival since I had work, but they arrived just after 10am. I understand delays happen, but timing was a key factor in my booking. Before the appointment, I specifically asked for the kitchen, bathroom, and washer/dryer to be prioritized, knowing there was a two-hour time limit. Focusing on those areas should have allowed for a thorough clean, but I continued to find missed spots throughout the service. Even in the final hour, I was still pointing out areas that needed attention. The cleaners vacuumed and left before I could complete a FINAL walkthrough. After they left, I found additional areas that were missed and ended up having to re-clean everything myself, which caused me to miss work. I also had an issue with the washer and dryer. It appeared they were wiped down with paper towels, and when I ran a load of laundry, paper towel residue ended up all over my clothes (photo attached). I do appreciate that the company followed up with me afterward. They offered to return for a re-clean or provide $50 off a future service. However, when I asked what would be done differently to ensure a better outcome, I did not receive a clear answer. As a first-time customer, that made it difficult to trust that the issue wouldn’t be repeated. I also raised concerns about the impact on my clothing, which were not addressed. I requested a partial refund, but that was denied. I provided photos to support my concerns, though I was told they were not received, so I’ve attached them here. The cleaners themselves were courteous, but overall expectations were not met. If you are looking for a detailed, thorough cleaning, I would recommend exploring other options. —————————————————————— EDIT: Since writing this review, I have received numerous phone calls attempting to get me to remove or change it. Initially, I was offered a $50 refund, then $75, then a partial refund. Days later, someone named Michael, who stated to be a part of the leadership team/“Tina’s son”, called to discuss my concerns and ultimately issued a full refund, which I appreciated. I made it clear that while I was willing to update my review, I would not remove it entirely because this was my honest and accurate experience. It is hard not to feel that the full refund was only issued because of this public review. What should have been handled professionally from the beginning was instead dragged out far longer than necessary, which only reinforces my concerns about the company’s professionalism and customer service practices. At this point, the repeated calls asking me to take down or further edit my review feel excessive and bordering on harassment. So here is the update. NOW STOP CALLING ME. Thank you.

    The cleaning was not up to par. Under the stove hood was not cleaned at all. The drawer under the stove was not rechecked after they cleaned the oven and there was grease from the oven cleaning that must have dripped down into the drawer. The stove knobs were not removed and cleaned under. They did not bring a stool for high places and improvised by standing on a bucket of paint that was on premises. In one of the bathrooms, the holes on the toothbrush holder were not cleaned and there was still white powder left along the edge o the soap dish. The back of the main door had a large dirty(blackish) area and it was not cleaned. It came clean easily with a lysol wipe. The bottom of the shower was not scrubbed with a brush, but was told it didn't come clean when they put bleach on it. The vertical blinds were dusted, but not wiped clean, as half the blinds had small areas of soot left from an electric fireplace. Also found some dust webs in several ceiling light fixtures. For the price, it was not the DEEP cleaning I was expecting. I could not check everything when they finished, but later found these issues and had to clean them myself. On a positive note...they do give a military discount. EDIT:In response to your reply. The review was posted 6 days later, because the condo was empty and I didn't have a chance to get there sooner to look more closely at the cleaning that was done. And it was easier for me to do it while I was there, than to make time for another appointment with your team.
