- JJJMJun 22, 20262.0Way too much taken off tree. 45 yo red oak. Shade is practically gone now ( back to 1969). It blocked wind & sun. I told workers just cut branches back a little from neighbor's roof. Doug came by and told them to cut big limbs toward neighbor's side then left. We let them bring boom truck on lawn. Cut every spec of branch hanging over. Tree is ruined. It was lopsided so I tried to balance tree out on our side and cut remaing shade. Nightmare. Expensive too. Yes, I should have spoken up. I usually do. Caught us by surprise. Big tree companies with big equipment , cut lots of tree. Shop around. My dad was talking to Doug. Big mistake. Very Disappointing. JM. Marlton
