They did a good job overall removing the trees and trimming another one so people wouldn’t hit the branches. The only downside was that they left large mulch piles behind, which I expected them to take with them. When I contacted the guy to ask what I should do with the mulch, he suggested finding neighborhood kids who might remove it for some extra money. Instead, I hired my lawn service and paid extra to have them clear the area so the ground would be flat and ready for grass. In the past, the company always took the mulch piles, so it was frustrating to have to find someone else and pay more to get those huge piles removed and the ground leveled.
