  WARNING TO CONTRACTORS. I rented an insulation vacuum from Sunbelt twice. The first machine wasn’t operating properly when it arrived at the job site. Some wires were disconnected we couldn’t locate. Today, the second machine completely shut down halfway through the job. When I checked the oil, the dipstick was COMPLETELY DRY. Not low. Not near the add mark. DRY. Today, their laziness and disobedience to Sunbelts customer policy, where they are require to check the fluids in the machines before giving it to a customer, cost me over 700$ since they turned my job into a two day job. I paid nearly $400 per day for this equipment and lost valuable production time in front of a paying customer because Sunbelt rented me equipment that failed on the job. To make matters even worse, the machine’s suction was pathetic. I’ve used shop vacs with stronger suction. This was supposed to be a professional insulation removal vacuum, yet it struggled to perform basic removal work. I had the manager, Bob, of 28 years at the Maple Shade location call me SEVENTEEN TIMES as seen in the screenshot, as I was busy scrambling to get the work done with a shock vac for my customer. The manger Bob at Maple Shade and the manger Ryen at Sicklerville have horrednes attitudes. Let me just remind every one, there was no oil……they handed me a MACHINE for 400$ a day…..with no oil…. On a side note, John at the Maple Shade location had been nothing but a pleasure to work with. Atleast he’s nice. Maybe it’s because he actually has some deceny and understands the impact this has on me and my business unlike the other miserable men he works with. If you’re a contractor relying on rental equipment to complete a job, think twice before EVER trusting Sunbelt with your schedule, your reputation, and your customer’s project. One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with in my life.

  The staff were extremely professional and were very nice. I had an issue with the boom lift and the technician responded out immediately. I will be using this company moving forward for all my exterior cleaning projects.
