TES Used to be a 5-Star outfit, but since a key employees departure they have turned into an unscrupulous sham. I have the Gold Shield Membership which entitles me to "One maintenance visit for your heating system" and "One maintenance visit for your cooling system". In April of this year, I scheduled an appointment for 5/20 (today) for my cooling system maintenance visit which has been the routine for years now, since we start cooling in late spring. I was informed today that due to a surge in demand, todays appointment couldn't be honored and I will have to wait until August for my cooling system visit. At that point it's nearly pointless, I'll be a month from using my cooling system. What am I going to do, have my AC start-up visit at the end of summer, and then have my heating system checked in the beginning of summer? While I'm understanding that today didn't work out, I should not have to wait 10 more weeks now for my "beginning of cooling season" check visit (at the end of the season when its pointless) and I'm not really sure what good a "gold" membership is if the services aren't provided in a reasonable timeframe. Since the membership puts you on the bottom of the list, I will no longer use TES as they have defaulted on their obligations.

Extremely helpful technician - Dean Mack - took the time to show me and explain things having to do with the air filter attached to my furnace and also the issues with mice in my newish outdoor air conditioner. Very grateful. I have total confidence in TES. I recommend them 100%.
