  A large tree branch recently fell and ripped the electrical service lines from the street to my house. I had experienced a similar situation not long ago, and the electrician I used then (who is very well known in the area) charged what I felt was an unreasonably high price. This time, I decided to try someone new—and I'm so glad I found Mr. Sparky! First, Jackie actually answered the phone. Every other electrical contractor I called sent me straight to voicemail. She told me that the owner, Dan, could come right over to assess the damage, and he arrived within 30 minutes. Not only was his estimate significantly more reasonable than what I'd paid previously, but he also assured me his crew would be ready to start as soon as JCP&L shut off the power at the street. Unfortunately, it took JCP&L three days to respond. But the moment the power was disconnected, Dan and his crew came right over and got to work. They were professional, friendly, and did an outstanding job restoring everything. Now for the part that really impressed me. Before JCP&L could restore power, the township electrical inspector had to approve the work. Dan called the inspector's office, and because of the outstanding reputation and professional relationship he has built with the township, the inspector arrived at my house in **two minutes**. Yes... **TWO MINUTES!** I don't think anyone has ever heard of a building inspector responding that quickly. The inspector approved the work on the spot, contacted JCP&L himself, and their crew returned later that day to reconnect our service and restore power. To me, that says everything. Dan doesn't just do excellent electrical work—he has earned the respect of the local inspectors through consistently high-quality workmanship and professionalism. Mr. Sparky was responsive, honest, fairly priced, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. In a stressful situation, Dan and his team made the entire process as smooth as possible. I don't write many online reviews because I rarely feel compelled to do so. But exceptional service deserves to be recognized. If I ever need electrical work again, I won't be calling anyone else. **Mr. Sparky has earned my business for life, and I recommend them without hesitation.**

  I had a great experience with Mister Sparky- Dan, and the entire team. We had down power lines from the recent storms. When Dan arrived- quickly, he was able to prepare the quote on the spot, which was very reasonable- he did not take advantage of the situation!!! Dan guided us through the sequence of events with JCP&L, township inspections, etc., and was ready to take action when his scope of work was due. To explain the level of honesty, JCP&L installed a cable hook that Dan had in his proposal- I would have never known this “hook” was installed by JCP&L, but Dan pointed it out and reduced his price to accordingly. Again, fantastic!!!

  I was able to get an appointment quickly to fix a minor issue with the EV charger. Chris, the tech, was professional , friendly, and efficient. He was finished within minutes and didn’t charge the full rate for such a minor repair. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars- he was an hour late although I did receive a text, letting me know when he was on his way.

  Called Mister Sparky for service regarding my pool filter system not running. After several days of aggravation I was told by my Pool Service that I needed a new timer but they weren't able to install it due to not having an Electrician on staff. Dan from Mister Sparky responded the day I called and checked out the system and advised that there was nothing wrong with my timer and got my Pool running smooth. Someone else could have easily sold me a new timer, But Dan was totally honest and didn't charge me. If you're looking for Honest Electrical Company- call - Mister Sparky!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  "Outstanding" is the word I'll use to describe Dan's work and his attitude towards it. He showed up on time for both appointments we scheduled, took his time to answer all my questions, explained everything in great details, and offered some tips on how to improve my situation even further.
