  I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Rachel Goddard of Avalon Flooring in Manalapan New Jersey, the whole process of tiling 4 bathrooms and 2 kitchen floors seemed effortless when dealing with Rachel, she assisted with helping select the right tiles and finishes. We do have one more bathroom to renovate and I already told Rachel to be expecting me to reach out to her again. I cannot say enough about Avalon Flooring, everyone, even the main office went above and beyond in their assistance with our huge delivery order, they were definitely exceptional. I would definitely recommend Rachel, Hugo the manager, and the entire Avalon Flooring Staff. Jo

  I've done i think 5 bathrooms and a kitchen with avalon and they have been wonderful. My contact is Rachel. She goes above and beyond for me. She actually knew i was going to need something before I did and ordered it into the store for me so I would not have to wait for it. She text and calls me for events and even to just check in. If there ever is a problem Hugo will fix it. If either one of them leave, we'll so do i.

When I needed to return it, I was hit with a hefty restocking fee and $100 in freight charges. In contrast, Avalon's sales consultant Virginia Brown listened carefully to my needs, helped me select beautiful, practical alternatives, and arranged delivery in just two days. She even suggested purchasing a few extra tiles beyond the usual waste allowance to avoid any further installation delays, assuring me there would be no restocking fee. Thanks to Virginia, my installer finished on schedule, my shower looks gorgeous, and I returned the unused tiles for a full refund—no hassle, no fees. Avalon Flooring has earned my loyalty, and Virginia Brown has my highest recommendation.

  We had Avalon Flooring install luxury vinyl flooring in our kitchen, and I can’t say enough about how impressed we were with the experience. Unfortunately, we ran into an unexpected water issue during the process, but the way Avalon handled it really showed the level of service they provide. Rob, Dave, Carl, and Hugo went above and beyond to make things right. They stayed in communication with us, kept us informed throughout the process, and genuinely worked with us to make sure we were completely satisfied with the outcome. Problems can happen with any home project, but what matters most is how a company responds when they do. Avalon absolutely delivered. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to making sure we were happy made a potentially stressful situation so much easier. The finished kitchen flooring looks fantastic, and we truly appreciate everything the team did for us. I would absolutely recommend Avalon Flooring and would not hesitate to work with them again. They’ve got themselves customers for life!
