  This place is horrible. Never in a million years will I use them again for any type of material. I gave them a large order, and one of my doors arrived bowed. I understand that defects can happen, that wasn’t even the biggest issue. The problem was how everything was handled afterward. I was told my replacement door had arrived. I drove there, only to find out there was no replacement door at all. Three weeks later, they told me it was finally in. I went back again, only to discover they had ordered the wrong size with the wrong cutouts. After waiting another two weeks, I returned once more. Instead of apologizing for weeks of mistakes and wasted trips, the first thing they wanted to do was charge my credit card. They even charged me for a replacement magnet because I accidentally left the original one on the defective door. To make matters worse, every guy behind the counter acts like they’re doing you a favor just by helping you. There is absolutely no sense of customer service, ownership, or urgency. A simple apology and some accountability would have gone a long way, but instead it felt like my time and business meant nothing. They lost a significant customer because of their attitude and carelessness. If you value your time and want better customer service, do yourself a favor and go to Monteath Lumber instead. It’ll save you a lot of frustration.
