  Annual service felt a bit like a bait and switch. We’ve always been very happy with Clay’s Climate Control, and this was our first experience with the new service team. Unfortunately, there was inconsistency between the maintenance quote and the recommended repair pricing, which left us feeling uncertain and disappointed. We value honesty and trust in service relationships, and hope future visits feel more transparent and consistent.

  Pete from sales came out and met with my husband. He took all the time for us as we needed. He went over all options. He NEVER pressured us nor tried to sell us on upgrades. We are extremely pleased with Pete and Ace Home Services. Highest recommendation from us. Sincerely Esther and Robert

  Ace Home Service Is The Best!! Today Brian came out to service our heater. Very professional and respectful. Extremely knowledgeable He gave us all the options possible without trying to sell us on a more expensive option like most contractors. It is nice to know that there is still good people out there. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

  This Ace franchise used to be Clay Climate control, and I used them two times in the last couple of months. Once when the HVAC stopped working and their technician Dave came within a few hours on the weekend, and fixed the problem quickly and easily. Then because that was a very good experience, I signed up for their home maintenance contract and their technician Aiden came out to do the service. Both were professional, arrived on schedule as promised, and seemed to really know what they were doing. I appreciated the work that both of them did. Very happy to have identified a good HVAC service company.

  You get what you pay for and Ace Hardware Home Services delivered. Michael, Shane, Dominic and another young man showed up promptly and got right to work. It was refreshing to have a crew show up and have them treat me like a valued customer. The work performed was top notch and their professional demeanor was on display throughout the job. Again, I got what I paid for.
