  Evan came to our home today to prepare our heating system for the winter. We were so impressed with his work and professionalism. He spent a lot of time checking out our heating system and when he was finished he explained very clearly what to expect and what should be done in the future to keep our system functioning properly. We intend to follow up on his suggestions and will asked for him in the spring when we need our AC system checked

  I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Ace Hardware Home Services-Dillon B was very knowledgeable and professional-he diagnosed the problem quickly and restored my furnace to working order-best of all, the cost was covered under their home maintenance program-I recommend this company without reservation.

  We had the wrong sized hvac for our house. Ryan had equipment to scan the inside of our house and calculate the right sized equipment. He also checked the ductwork in crawl space and found 2 flex ducts filled with water and a return flex that was to small. Choosing financing was easy. The installation was able to be done the very next week. We only had to go one day without the use of hvac. Our old system had caused drywall damage throughout our house and they had wonderful subcontract crew. The a/c keeps our house very comfortable and the humidity out. Our equipment is in the laundry room and before when the heat would run it was so loud now I can barely hear when it runs and it warms the house perfectly. The guys that did the install were great and Shane came after to check and answer any questions.

  I recently had issues with my heater and reached out to Ace Hardware Home Services for a quote. From the first interaction to the final installation, the experience was exceptional. Ryan in sales was clear, knowledgeable, and straightforward. Donavan handled the installation with professionalism and care, and Sid stepped in as the problem solver who made sure every detail was perfect. They installed an entire HVAC system for me and completed everything on time, keeping my concerns as a top priority throughout the process. The team was professional, knowledgeable, clean, conscientious, and extremely responsive. I could not be more pleased. Five stars.

  Finally, a company that shows up on time, as well as does quality work. Mike showed up on time to present an estimate, keeping us informed as to his location and estimated time of arrival. Upon deciding to go ahead with replacing two ceiling light fixtures, Mike again arrived on time and did a great job with the installation. He also cleaned up and answered all questions. His apprentice, Dylan, was respectful as well. Congratulations to Ace Hardware for filling a need not only by having people show up, but doing quality work as well.
