Really great experience with our carpet insulation. Dave and the installers were excellent to work with and professional. We had a significant issue with our original flooring, where it was not level with our kitchen tile. They found a great solution, and looking at it now, I would have no idea how significant the gap was before they did the installation. Would definitely highly recommend and go back for future needs!

Only 1 sales person in the store helping other customer…we waited 5 mins with NO acknowledgement that we were there or he would help us when he finished with his current customer. So we walked out to another carpet store. Suggestion to owner have your sales people learn how to multiplex when helping customers. Returned a week later when we had the time. Matt the owner is great. Great customer service and good deals. Installer was fantastic too, very professional and cleaned up when finished. Very happy with the overall purchase!

I waited 3 weeks for delivery because of incompetence. I paid for all the boxes upfront then was told I owed additional money. I've used Bogarts in the past but won't use them in the future.
